It was a sad excuse for beef fajitas, there was a barely maybe 2 tablespoons full of shredded beef. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life, and once it got here, everything was smashed turned over !!!!! I will say the guacamole was good. Will never eat here again if you’re driving through, and this is one of the only places that you can order from, I wouldn’t oh and I ordered a side of six shrimp and got two??♀️?

Decent Mexican food restaurant. Came here for lunch on business and I ordered the enchilada. The portion size of rice and beans were great. The enchilada (chicken) seemed to look very thin. Everything was tasty though. The only suggestion I would have is to update the restroom. The sink in the bathroom uses handles to turn on and off the faucet. It is great that they have a sensor towel dispenser so one does not have to touch anything; however, having to touch faucet handles after one washes their hands kind of defeats the purpose of washing to clean ones hands. I would also suggest that the soap dispenser also be sensor; however, the faucet should definitely be sensor.

The lunch buffet was fabulous.The restaurant was very clean and inviting.
Food is always very good, one of the best in the area. But charging $33 (pre tip) for two jumbo margaritas was unexpected. They should have offered that detail ahead of time when they suggested the jumbo. I will not be going back.

I’ve ordered the quesabirria twice. Each time the server expressed mild and pleasant surprise that an Anglo would order it. They are delicious and now is my favorite Mexican dish. Look it up on Google, and if it sounds interesting, give it a try.

Food was really good and i got a good amount of it. I got the enchiladas and they were tasty. The staff was kind and helpful however the food was a little bit pricy.Parking: It is in a pretty big strip mall with a large parking lot. It might be difficult to find parking on Sunday mornings however because there's a big church in their as well.

Mi Casita was once our favorite restaurant in Shelbyville. Unfortunately our last visit was very uncomfortable. Our server was very rude. I saw him roll his eyes at us multiple times. I'm a server myself so I have compassion for other servers. But he seemed very annoyed with us. We were a very easy 5 top. My kids were very well behaved so the server didn't need a reason to roll his eyes at us. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

While they don't have my absolute favorite salsa, this is hands down the best in Shelbyville.The service is always great regardless of who is waiting on us and the food is delicious. They've recently made improvements to their menu so be sure to check out the new items.
