I am very disappointed in the management of this shop. My daughter with down syndrome had her ice cream fall off of the cone and they made me pay for another one. I understand that things happen but the girl who made the ice cream should have put the ice cream in the cone better. I guess I was suppose to pick it up and let her eat it. Sad customer service.

Tasty gelato! The girl behind the counter made a comment to the customer how their kid was loud tho. She had a pretty bad attitude for serving ice cream. Loved my ice cream tho!

The staff were friendly, but the girl who was making our shakes didn’t fully listen when we were ordering which led to them having to remake an entire shake, then the remake had way too much chocolate for a banana pudding shake. Also they weren’t wearing gloves, which is gross when you’re sticking your hands into gelato repeatedly. Again the staff were friendly and the owner was training someone, but still.
