I inadvertently placed a complicated order but Chloe was extremely pleasant and helpful and went above and beyond to attend to the details, even though she was busy (it was a Saturday morning)! She was wonderful - please reward her! and I’ve always experienced similarly good interactions here with friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere.

Waited 20 minutes just to have my order taken then afterwards the lady making the drinks filled the bottom quarter of mine with whipped cream before putting my Frappuccino in the cup causing the whole first quarter of my drink to be nothing but whipped cream turning my venti into a grande basically. Not happy at all worst Frappuccino I’ve had by far at Starbucks.

I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with this Starbucks location, but my latest encounter was the final straw. Every time I order through the app, the estimated wait time is inaccurate, and I always end up waiting an additional 10+ minutes. The last time this happened, I was running late for work, so I asked the staff to cancel my order. They told me they would hold my ticket for the rest of the day and I could either pick up my drink later or get a refund.

When I went back later that day, I was told there was no ticket for my order and I was just out the money. No refund, no drink. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and poor customer service. This is not the kind of experience I expect from a business I regularly visit.

I’ve tried being patient with the app issues and delays, but this last interaction was the tipping point. I won’t be returning anytime soon. It’s a shame, because I’ve enjoyed Starbucks in the past, but this location has really dropped the ball in terms of both service and reliability.

Terrible service to busy talking to there friends then to help the customers if they paid more attention to doing their job I would give them a better rating, I will give them 1 more chance . So I gave them another chance today like I said I would, and they redeemed there selves, they attended to me right away as there was no one else in line ,took my order and the drink was as good as expected , I commend them on a much better job , and revised my review

I’ve given it several tries at this location since it’s the only Starbucks for miles around. If you order ahead, plan on adding at least 15 minutes EXTRA on your to be ready. Unfortunately, they never have orders ready on time, and the app is inaccurate on ETA for this location.Great ladies who work here, though??
