I’ve given it several tries at this location since it’s the only Starbucks for miles around. If you order ahead, plan on adding at least 15 minutes EXTRA on your to be ready. Unfortunately, they never have orders ready on time, and the app is inaccurate on ETA for this location.Great ladies who work here, though??

Poor service on a mobile order - maybe not so much the folks working there as the order process they were trained to follow. They didn't have the iced English breakfast tea I mobile ordered nor did they know what extra cream meant in a regular coffee which was, by the way, lukewarm and pumped out of a thermos - sad excuse for a Starbucks. Next time I'll drive a few miles further down the road and hit up a real deal Starbucks store front instead of relying on the grocery store option. My bad.

Went there this morning to treat myself after not going for months. Stood there alone in line listening to two ladies complain about their job while not even acknowledging that c I was there. I finally just turned to walk away since clearly I was interrupting them. As I walked away I heard “ma’am…”. No thanks. Props to you for saving me $8 though.I reminder now why I quit going.
