Food poisoning from beefy bean burrito. I'm so miserable right now. Thought I was getting quick cheap bite to eat before walmart run. Now I'm sick its destroying me from both ends.

I stopped in tonight an ordered two steak burritos an a Mexican pizza the pizza was ok but the steak burritos turned out to be bean burritos I paid 26.00 for this crap usually this is a good place to eat but tonight wasn't one of those times

Came here twice and tried to give yall the benefit of the doubt but each time it took more than 45 minutes to get my two item order done. Came last night @ 9pm to pick up a mobile order in the lobby and I had to repeatedly tell staff that I had one, they made about 15-20 drive thru orders before they even proceeded to make mine. I worked at Taco Bell for 5 years and can tell u all need upper management to come in and retrain each and every one of yall. There’s no need for 4 people on DT line & two people in the window, & nobody on the counter. If you have no one for the counter / line you need to close your lobby so you don’t have customers piling up waiting to be accommodated.

went to taco bell and paid $27 for two meals (ridiculous!). Got a chalupa meal and the chalupa bread was stale got a crunch wrap supreme meal and the meat layer was virtually non-existent. For those prices that is unacceptable.

Asked Dakota if I could get a small drink in102’ heat while picking up 2 DoorDash orders. She was very rude and denied my small request. I’m in my 70’s. I’ve never been told no before and I see other dashers get offered a drink in this heat. Shame on you Dakota

I like the place, it feels good, except sometimes you order something and they give you something else. Last weekend I ordered a drink and they gave me another one. It's happened twice already. But these things happen, they just need to pay more attention. Maybe it's the stress of so much work that causes these things to happen. Otherwise, everything's fine.
