Ordered a meal box. Stated no sour cream on my potatoes and they added sour cream. Barely a couple of teaspoons of meat on both the beefy 5 layer burrito and the chalupa. Paid for extra nacho cheese and got the thinnest layer. Visited on 07/28 around 12:00 p.m. It's not that difficult to follow basic instructions and care about the quality/quantity of food you are serving.

food was fine but it was kinda bleh. not much behind it just tortilla and meat and for some damn reason a crazy amount of lettuce.
Food is always either cold or luke warm. Almost every order they either don’t include everything or what they give you is not correct. Also way over priced for what it is. Will not be back.

I work at the dealership down the street, I’m a regular who comes here for lunch frequently, and I always order online and pick up in drive through. They were busier than usual today and the line was taking a long time. No big deal to me, I wasn’t bothered at all. When I got to the window they gave me a voucher for a free Doritos locos taco with my next order. I appreciate the gesture a lot. Thanks Taco Bell!

Fries have absolutely NO seasoning on them??? My soft tacos are the sloppiest I've ever had??? We only went to this location because we were on this side of town. Should have went to the other location in Shelbyville closer to home.
