Absolutely disgusting inside Wendy’s in Shelbyville. Walked in and there was somebody laying on the booth with their feet on the table. Stood in line for 15 minutes without anybody taking our order. Both the nasty ladies who were supposed to be taking orders were outside smoking and coughing all over the place. The two people in front of us in line finally left and we were right behind them. Past the two nasty smokers in the vestibule. Could not help myself telling them about the worst customer service I’ve ever had and both started laughing! What a joke. The restaurant was so nasty and dirty. The health department needs to shut it down. Wendy’s tighten your place up before you get people sick

I went through the drive-through in town yesterday and it was before the dinner time rush. I got a frosty and fries. When we got to the second window the worker at the window was on her phone texting and back to the window. The food and frosty were sitting right by the window. Another woman was in view that looked to be a manager that had a on a black polo. Regardless, the original woman turned around made a stank face at us and then got on her phone then opened the window and gave us the order. The fries were cold and the frosty was fine. The person driving even said to me " i don't know what's with her face as if we are an inconvenience for getting fast food" i've realized why I typically decide to drive to the Simpsonville location, but this is absolutely unacceptable and I don't know how they are still even open after continuously giving the service they are to our community.

Now, instead of being able to place an order they hit you up for a donation. If you say no, you are left wondering if something happens to your food. Gave things another shot. Walked in to find the bulk of the staff all scratching their heads. These were the people making the food. An undercover food inspector would have closed this place.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I don’t have time to go back to the Wendy’s to fix this issue. They had me pull up because they said their crispy chicken weren’t done. I ordered two crispy chicken, BLTs, and a fry.. I waited for about five minutes and when the lady brought it out to me, she said the chicken in the fries were hot but the fries. Yes they were hot no salt for some reason and the chicken was definitely not hot. It was not even cooked. I’ve been into it and even a half of the sandwich and then it was still ice cold it wasn’t cooked in the middle completely raw.

Been here a twice. Both times, very dissatisfied. Workers were very very negative about being there. Screaming at each other. Next time I went food was cold. Workers have got to get an attitude adjustment or find something they’re happy doing. I had children in my car with me and they were very rude & unprofessional over a five dollar meal. If you don’t like your job, LEAVE. no need to work in customer service & hate it & take it out on the customers ! If I could put 0 stars I would. Please do Better !
