Truthfully, I would avoid this Wendy's altogether. We unfortunately got caught in some interstate traffic that was standstill so we made an effort to detour to try to avoid it. We stopped here because everybody was hungry and just needed a quick bite. We pulled up to the speaker and had a short wait- normal and fine.
The food was alright but the fries just weren't fresh. The staff was not bad but you could tell things were chaotic- at least that's the vibe I got.
What sealed the deal for me? A semi-long brown hair in my large pineapple mango lemonade. I ended up just dumping it out. No need to call or complain because upon looking at reviews, it told me everything I needed to know.
Me being a tired mom, I didn't even notice it and had been sipping happily. My daughter did when she asked me for a drink so that's wonderful.

We stopped here in July for supper during a long road trip from North Carolina to Illinois with 4 small children. They were restless and wild. Employee Tareq was awesome! He was very kind to our children.

Food made me very sick the day of eating it and had really off taste to my burger. I used to come here all the time but more often than not I find myself passing it up. The people working look like they dread waking up in the morning, almost as if they seem dead inside (I would feel the same way working there). You can't blame all of the workers but the people in control of the management around here has to be fired. The inside isn't half bad until you go to the men's bathroom and get hit with the smell of an overdue septic tank (even tho its obviously a sewer system). Please fix the place I used to love to eat at.

Computers were acting up but staff was still friendly and helpful on a stressful day. Manager still honored mobile coupon even though it wouldn't scan due to issues on their end. Very pleased

Stopped in Friday after work, and a guy greeted me at the counter, mumbled something but had no interest in taking my order for 3 minutes so I left. Stopped in Sunday evening, was greeted at the counter with something about doordash only. These guys aren't getting a third strike.

Went through the drive thru. First Tried to order a baked potato. Told me they didn’t sell those. Even though I knew they do and it’s on the menu. Okay whatever. Not a big deal. Only get a medium fry. They hand me the bag and I immediately fold it up till I get home. Start eating my medium fry. Get half way done. Look down. There’s a dead CICADA in my fry. So that means they either put it in there on purpose. Or it was in their fry bin and they scooped it in there. Place is disgusting. And the employees are worse

Clearly were having staff issues. Looked to be only 3 people working and the line was near out the door and not moving. Drive thru was the same. You could tell the lady manager was the only one that cares about her job or trying to help people. We never got to order after a long wait and left. There manager needs a raise. The dude working the front clearly has zero work ethic and a crappy attitude.

Went there today at 11:45 Wednesday may 21st ,waited 20 minutes to get the food and both doubles and French fries were cold!!! That much money you pay and at lunch time you would think the food would be fresh !!! Lady that waited on me at drive through was nice other then that what a waste of money!! And I couldn’t even get a receipt No paper he said wow.
