The food I got was dry and cold, it took them 11 minutes to take my order and 8 minutes to get my food, this is easily the slowest "fast food" place I've ever been too I didn't know bun could get that hard and dry on a 1922 slider

Horrible experience! Stopped at 11pm after a football game. Lady at the counter took the order wrong, took forever to get food, entire store was disgusting! Out of napkins, dirty sticky floors. Will NEVER go here again. Manager of this location should be embarrassed.

My daughter just went through the drive through and I told her to get my onion rings burnt because I hate when you bite into them and the onion slides out. And my ONION RINGS WERE PERFECTLY CRISPY AND DELICIOUS!! And of course the White Castle’s as always were delicious and fresh. I really appreciate you all listening because I haven’t gotten my onion rings the way I like them in forever. So crispy crunchy!!! ??? Thanks so much and from now on please when someone says onion rings extra crispy make them just that way. I’m an old long time ago White Castle employee. Little things mean a lot!! ?

Went through the drive thru on a Sunday evening to feed my family of 5, I got a crave case and chicken rings , while ordering in the drive thru , the worker stated “Oh my God” as I was placing my order. That is unacceptable
