What can you say about White Castle? You either love it or you don't. I love itI don't get there often, but when I do it's a treat. They never disappoint. Quality control is great. Always the same iconic taste at any of their restaurants.
Clean establishment hot fresh food. The new sloppy joes are amazing. I usually get the doubles which I still purchased but also got a couple sloppy joes and they are dynamite!!!! A little sweet and very juicy, with a little heat they were perfect. Had I known I would have bought more of those definitely. And a cute baby slice of strawberry cheesecake for a perfect birthday meal.

I was greeted with 3 happy smiling facing upon entering the restaurant on 1/16/24 @ 10:45 pm. The Manager lady was running the grill yet took time out to carry a short but meaningful conversation with me. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. White Castle's fish sandwich is of a higher quality than most other competitors and should have more emphasis on marketing it as such. It's a real filet, not minced pieces and parts that is served at McDonalds at their inflated prices. Your team at this location acknowledges their guests upon arrival and very rarely does that happen anywhere these days. Great job team Shelbyville White Castle, you are amazing at what you do and the world needs more people like you in it. Thank you!!!!

Stopped in today an ordered 6 cheeseburgers an a large onion rings it was the worst meal ever any other time I would have gone back through the line an argued with them but since this app it saves me time an legal fees I rather loose the money on a meal then to gain court cost an possible jail time we the people work hard for our money just as well as you do you expect us to be polite an satisfied with your service an we put our trust that our food will be prepared by professionals who no what there doing but they are falling short of their goal I'm an Unsatisfied customer who will never spend another dime in your place of business
