Worst experience ordering with a restaurant's app that I have EVER had. The Zaxby's app let me order my meal, but on arrival, after driving 20 miles to get there, I was informed that the manager cancelled my order, because they ran out of what I had placed an order for. An ordering app should be somehow connected to the stock availability at the store location, and not let you order food that isn't available. I wasted 45 minutes driving there and back home, to end up hungry, with no dinner, and an unapologetic manager that cancelled my order with no notice. My night sucked, because of this experience, and my opinion of this franchise is about as negative as it can get now. A terrible experience, a terrible manager, and a terrible app. The manager didn't even say that he was sorry about my bad experience, nor try to make amends in any way. Don't order food from here, or you're bound for disappointment.

Food is good and service is fine. They do forget my sauces about one out of every three times...kinda annoying when you pay for them. Kidz meal is probably not worth the money... For only $2-$3 more you can get much more with a regular meal.

Zaxbys prices are some of the highest in the fast food industry and the portions are minimal. I paid $30 for lunch for me and my son. They give you one sauce for 4 chicken tenders and then try to charge you for one extra sauce. This is ridiculous. Need DOGE to look into this.

Ordered a three piece tender with sauce on the side. Was charged for three individual pieces of tenders @2.19 a piece. Then they added the sauce to the tenders asked for a water cup and got charged for a 3 dollar medium drink. The staff is not trained and has no idea what they are doing. Clearly a poorly managed business. I won’t be returning. And no I don’t need you to make it right. I just don’t want to come back. Hopefully they go out of business and a real business comes in to take their place like chick fil a.

Best chicken fingers and fries in Shelbyville. I love it. Love the Zaxby sauce. Always a homerun. yum!
