Food is good and service is fine. They do forget my sauces about one out of every three times...kinda annoying when you pay for them. Kidz meal is probably not worth the money... For only $2-$3 more you can get much more with a regular meal.

Zaxbys prices are some of the highest in the fast food industry and the portions are minimal. I paid $30 for lunch for me and my son. They give you one sauce for 4 chicken tenders and then try to charge you for one extra sauce. This is ridiculous. Need DOGE to look into this.

Ordered a three piece tender with sauce on the side. Was charged for three individual pieces of tenders @2.19 a piece. Then they added the sauce to the tenders asked for a water cup and got charged for a 3 dollar medium drink. The staff is not trained and has no idea what they are doing. Clearly a poorly managed business. I won’t be returning. And no I don’t need you to make it right. I just don’t want to come back. Hopefully they go out of business and a real business comes in to take their place like chick fil a.

I visited Zaxby’s in Shelbyville, KY, and had a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, right off the main road with plenty of parking spaces, so it’s easy to stop by. The drive-thru was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, making the entire visit a pleasant one. As for the food, Zaxby’s never disappoints. I ordered the chicken tender plate, and it was amazing. The chicken wasn't too greasy and cooked just right, seasoned to perfection. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, and the atmosphere inside was casual and comfortable. The prices are very reasonable, and I feel like I get great value for the quality of food I receive.

Overall, I highly recommend this Zaxby’s location in Shelbyville. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite through the drive-thru or dining in, the service is great, the food is always fresh, and the prices are affordable.

Missing items from my order

I had to go inside and get my own curb side pickup order since I was stuck waiting awhile and had to get back to work . Not happy.

Vegetarian options: There Salads are good if you like a lettuce base said they need to add a garden salad leafy greens tomatoes cucumbers an a few onions that would be great
