The foreign Asian manly manager or whoever she is, I ordered 20 dollars worth of food, she asked me if I wanted ketchup, I have an order of 12 chicken fries with my meal, I asked for a second ranch, she said no I would have to pay 30 cents for the second one, I told her to trade the ketchup for one more ranch she was very nasty acing, I'm local and frequent restaurants but I will not be coming back to this place, I hope this place goes under, definitely the worst Burger King ever definitely didn't have it my way like their slogan.

If I could leave a zero I would. They locked the lobby doors at 7pm and told us we had to wait until the floor dried to come in. We have a trailer attached and can’t use the drive thru. Ended up going somewhere else.

No lobby service. If you don't have car you may not walk up to order. Had a huge that they missed because of the foolish rule. No one there but still no order. Went elsewhere because of the no lobby. Embarrassing for a business to turn down business.

I just stopped at this location with my family, while passing through the area. We were told over the intercom that the broiler was down, so we had to choose chicken. When we asked if we could get fish, the person on the other end of the intercom sounded annoyed when she said “yes”. We proceeded with our order, trying to accommodate her, and she continued to sound annoyed. We asked her what the “Royal sauce” was, and she was very rude with her response. We decided to take our business elsewhere and notified her of her bad attitude. Based on this experience we would recommend others also take their business elsewhere.

Melinda, the manager who is the most racist person I have EVER met-- is the reason this burger king is as bad as it is. I have had 2 encounters with her, both she was beyond rude. The first time I was waiting for my food at the window, she proceeds to tell the other employee that they better "hurry and get my food" because I was staring at her and she "was not in the mood for that". TODAY, I go through drive thru to get to the window, she hands me my drink and makes a smart remark, in which she stated I "snatched the drink from her", I said "oh no, you're good girl!" she then tells me "she has nothing to be sorry for" and starts laughing about it with another employee. I CANT WAIT FOR CORPORATE TO CALL ME BACK.
