Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I really like the food here but I have gotten the wrong persons order in my bag twice now. I thought once was a simple mistake but at this point idk even know what to think. I do not eat meat and I like the veggie burger here so I ended up with someone’s burger and probably someone else with my veggie burger. $13 that I can’t eat and in the garbage.

Want to share what I got for a sundae today. I know for a fact I’ve got the same thing other days and it NEVER be this small this was kind of ridiculous

Still waiting after 15 minutes for the shake I ordered, while front end (ice cream) employees are just standing around.

So much salt that I couldn't eat the burger. Intestines hurting

They food was great it tasted fresh and made to order. The server KAYCIE she was very polite and friendly. Loved the atmosphere like a modern diner vibe.

I did not care for the food period .the burger was nasty and I dnt even know what you would call them fries because their potatoe sticks and verry un edible.the sunde was just about the only thing half way good.wont go back especially the price you pay for food dried up and nasty and the management there is just verry rude and doesnt seem to care about their customers

Great crew (friendly and energetic like they wanted to be there) and fantastic food.
Was able to understand what was said when they called out the order number
Usually said fast and low volume.

12:30pm on a Thursday and plenty of people inside eating burgers and eating ice cream, however I went up to the counter to order and I was told they were not taking any more food orders and wouldn’t give a reason why…. They were making food in the back so what’s the deal? Not sure I’ll be back.

I think this place played a prank on me because everything couldn't possibly be this good. The staff are so kind, attentive, and friendly. Everyone is really very respectful. I've never come across a burger restaurant like this in America.

The food was amazing and fresh! Always timely service. We got both a meal and ice cream. 10/10 would recommend. It's always a tradition to take my niece here. I don't know if my comment would mean much but I would LOVE it even more if they had Colby or cheddar cheese slices for their burgers!
