I ordered my food at the kiosk and it didn’t take to long. Their drive thru was packed and the lobby was packed. Their only problem was when I got my food to go and got to the car the 10 piece nugget was missing. When I went in to let them know I didn’t get the nuggets the girl gave me a weird look. I thanked her and she said ok.

There are truly no words to describe how quickly this Mcdonalds is going down hill due to new management and employees. This location is very close to our house so we frequently order from here but for at least the last month we have been disappointed by the rudeness of the staff including managers and the way they just don’t seem to care about their customers anymore. I just placed a mobile order for pick up in the drive thru for myself and my daughter. I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal for her and a big mac meal for myself. I get back home and open the box for my big mac and it has no burger on it, only a stale, hard, top bun and then the lettuce and mac sauce. There is no excuse for this at all besides employees just playing around and not doing what they are supposed to. This location used to be the best and I would only go to this one but it’s just not worth it anymore.

I went with a friend and ordered a fish combo only ketchup and cheese. I asked for a full slice of cheese instead of a half a slice of cheese that they typically put on a sandwich when making it the reason why I tried to ask for it this way is because when you ask for extra cheese it's 79 cents the manager a woman blonde hair didn't catch your name didn't care to get her name didn't care for her service refuse my request

Drive Thru Time is terrible i work close to there each time i go there around 2 a.m or 3 a.m there is a women in the drive thru that doesn’t acknowledge you if she does prepare to wait a long long time i had a mobile order never made never received not to mention countless times i had to leave without food due to it not being made or waiting 25 mins on a 30 min lunch break
