The restaurant has generally fast service. Orders are usually accurate. Unfortunately this restaurant is poorly managed. Many days are short staffed. Sometimes can't open at hours advertised, due to short of help.The customer definitely doesn't come first. The management has the attitude customer isn't that important. I have been a customer that frequents this location 6 days a week generally and sometimes more than once a day.

I'd give a zero if possible. Ordered food at 958 only to be told when we got there that they stop taking mobile orders at 10 and couldn't make it. They'd issue a refund. They also state they are 24 hours but turn all the lights off so no one knows the lobby is open. Used points to get the things placed on mobile order and then had to turn around and go through the line to reorder and not have points to get things with. They are rude and don't want to work and if that's the case get a new job or shut it down at 10. Still waiting in line for 2 burgers and it's 10:22 pm. Make it make sense. Go to any other restaurant but this one.

You're always bothering them they absolutely do not care about the people coming through the door drive-thru is always a train wreck the parking lot is always full people are always buying food that just makes no sense I come to get two sweet teas and it takes me forever

They over charged me big time then act like they don’t understand. Met up with my sister last night night after work. Haven’t seen her in quite awhile. Well while we were sitting eating and talking they start blaring music all over the building. Wasn’t playing soft it was loud. We couldn’t hear what each other was saying. Very unprofessional crew and management

I always can count on a fish sandwich. This time I was disappointed. That never happened before. I think the oil needed to be changed.
I’ve never been to a McDonalds establishment quite as lazy as this one. 95% of the sandwiches they’ve made me almost look like the ingredients were thrown in the wrapper and folded up. Not to mention they can’t even take a simple second to put a little extra salt on the fries that clearly were cooked and salted long before I get my meal. And if they do decide to give me extra salt like I asked they’ll throw packets in the bag. There is 2 options on the menu, salt packets or extra salt on your fries. Which just proves the laziness

I’m ABSOLUTELY traumatized. I went there, workers were nice. There were flies EVERYWHERE circling around my family’s table, there was a COCKROACH next to the lady’s bathroom door, and a SPIDER crawled on my shirt, I was terrified and disgusted. Even its leg proved it was a spider after I killed it. That meant that this McDonalds hadn’t been cleaned… please don’t go here…

I live 20 minutes away and this McDonald's messed my kid's order up and I can't even get anyone to answer the phone. I should have known better than to put my trust in them to get my VERY SIMPLE order correct. I'm tired of McDonald's doing this crap and then being too cowardly to answer the phone. The next time they make my child unhappy, I'll go back and we'll all be unhappy because I won't be making a phone call since it obviously does no good!

I have nothing bad to say about this location. I go here for lunch frequently, a simple quick to go order. They nail it every time, never forget anything, and its usually pretty quick despite almost always being busy.
