I work in Shelbyville and at this Starbucks 2 to 3 times a week usually for the same drink, Iced Brown sugar Oat Expresso. I have been buying the koia vanilla bean drink on the side because there is so much ice in the drink that there is very little drink. But today is the reason I've had enough, there was so much ice in the Venti drink that only 1/4 was liquid! The app does not have the option on this drink to request light ice. Wow - super organized and fast! The drive thru line was super long so we went in and they got us in and out in less than five minutes in addition to that unfortunate drive thru line, that just kept growing. Thanks for serving us!
