I love Panera, but have concerns about the Shepherdsville location and Covid-19 restrictions. The cashier handles your money and your cups. That's gross. And I thought the new rules restricted self serve drink dispensers??? Coffee still in pots for self service, along with the milk in self serve canisters. I wanted 1/2 & 1/2...it was handed to me from someone in the kitchen without gloves and long fingernails🤢. As I said, I love Panera Bread, but might see if Starbucks down...read full review
They asked for our name. You said my name and they said okay they're still working on it and it also said this online that there was a delay but right in front of us sat a bag on the counter but they looked at the computer and it showed them that is wasn't finished so they didn't look at the bag.
