I love Panera, but have concerns about the Shepherdsville location and Covid-19 restrictions. The cashier handles your money and your cups. That's gross. And I thought the new rules restricted self serve drink dispensers??? Coffee still in pots for self service, along with the milk in self serve canisters. I wanted 1/2 & 1/2...it was handed to me from someone in the kitchen without gloves and long fingernails🤢. As I said, I love Panera Bread, but might see if Starbucks down...read full review
I went to panera in Shepherdsville this morning 8/26 And had the nicest girl Mckenzie wait on me at the window ! I wish all places had nice friendly and respectful people and Breakfast was fantastic too !!!
Panera is normally my favorite restaurant but this location and this trip was disappointing. Came in around 845p ordered from kiosk since no one at desk, placed a 20 dollar order for one person. They had no tea (had just poured it out) no syrup in the soda machine for the Pepsi, my tomato soup was only lukewarm and missing croutons.
The sandwich was excellent! I know they close at 9p so I will come back and try again but it was very disappointing after a long day at work.
