We ordered two tuna sandwiches, each with different toppings and bread. We got one without cheese and wrong bread, two toppings from the other sandwich. Had to switch things around by ourselves. Tasted okay but not what we ordered. 🤷🏻

I ordered two sandwiches, one #23 and one #16 , two cookies and two large drinks online. Took over 10 minutes after quoted time to receive my food. It is always slow and when you try to call and complain about missing items (have had this problem in the past) they say there aren’t any managers. Both sandwiches ended up having finger nails in the food. I took a bite out of my second sandwich and but down on something hard. Took the thing out of my mouth and notice it looked and felt like a finger nail. I asked my boyfriend if he had a similar problem and he said he had to stop eating his sandwhich due to thinking he had the same problem. I tried to call to get a refund and the phone line is unavailable. AVOID THIS SUBWAY AT ALL COSTS.

I had a sandwich ordered and picked up by my husband and they seriously put ONE pickle and TWO jalapeños on my WHOLE sandwich. My husband asked for extra of both. I am obviously distraught and i am pregnant and all i have been craving is subways wonderful sandwiches and this is heartbreaking. Obviously i ate the sandwich anyway i have to eat to keep my sugar up and i am working that’s why my husband got it for me so I tried to call and explain what was going on and the women on the phone was very impolite and tried to tell me i must bring my sandwich back when i already said i am working and ate and sandwich and they were very rude about the whole situation. i spent many years working in the food industry and i would have never been unprofessional and disrespectful to someone calling and complaining about our obvious mess up. this subway is a joke and i am very unpleased. i will never order from this subway again.

Food was fine, we went in to get our food, expecting to see at least one adult 21 or over in charge or around but no it was all teenagers. They were laying on the benches, eating food, just completely unacceptable for the atmosphere and professionalism of it.

The seat placements were cute and comfortable. There was a nice place in the corner with sunlight. I love that area. They have a large selection. I ordered a tuna wrap. They no longer use tortillas. They use a flat bread, which is more filling. I enjoyed recognizing the smiles my sandwich maker gave me. She was very sweet and nice to me and everyone else. Thanks for treating me with a bright smile and serving me with respect.
