Came in last night for a late night supper. Parked our semi across the street at the pilot (my daughter and I are team drivers). We walked over and sat at the bar. Our server was Tonya. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by both she and the cook..I think his name was Sebastian?? Any way, there were a few tables already filled and she handled it with such confidence and treated each one so kind! You could tell she and the cook were working hard to get orders out. Once our drinks arrived, they were never empty. She stayed right on it! Cleaned as she went and she didn’t make us feel rushed or that we were a bother! The cook…. Let me tell you! He didn’t miss a beat. She rattled off the orders and he set them up without even batting an eye! Never asked for her to repeat anything! He kept his area clean, organized and he moved with such confidence as well. Didn’t seem bothered or concerned with the orders that kept coming! I watched him change his gloves, didn’t bat an eye once he touched chicken or pork chops to change his gloves and keep going!! It was great!
They worked well together you could tell. They were both so very nice and polite!
Definitely made our late night meal nice and relaxing! I have to say being a truck driver we see a lot and as a woman driver, it was nice to be treated with so much respect and kindness. They both deserve to be told how great they made our experience…. Great job guys!!!

Wife and I was craving some waffle House so we decided to drop in. Food and service was good and was not crowded at the time we dined. Would recommend if your in the area and looking for some food.
Waitress was good, food was garbage. Asked for bacon that wasn’t crispy and came out charred, sent back and it came out raw, sent back again and came back charred. Scrambled eggs were hardly cooked, and waffle was extremely runny. Go to Hillview or Shepherdsville locations before this one.

we had alil money that our friend sent us we went too the waffle house across the street our bill was only $30 bucks the waitress was complaining that I didn’t tip them wen I told her I only have $40 the bill was $30 I told the girl that I have $13 left in my name she walked to flying j told my husband that she got mad cuz I didn’t tip like are you for real people needs to grow up never ever coming back

I work 1 day at Waffle House. On Tuesday August 6th. 2024. Nasty restaurant. No one is washing their hands. Watch dishes. Dirty. Watch coffee mugs they are dirty too. 25 years ago I worked at W.H. Clean back 25 years ago. Big boss lies.
