Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I ordered the beast box. I also ordered (and paid for) 2 extra zax sauce. I didn’t get the beast bar. I didn’t get the zax sauce that was supposed to come with the box. I also didn’t get the 2 extra zax sauce I paid for. They gave me a honey mustard and a ranch. If I pay for something, I expect to get what I paid for. The people here are either incompetent or lazy and neither is an excuse

Not enough staff, waited ten minutes with only one person in front of me in line. Still had not had my order taken by that point and left.

I ordered a Coke and got a root beer instead for whatever reason. I ordered a lemonade with no ice and got ice with a side of lemonade? I guess it’s hard to read out here folks

The store was having a bad day! traditional wings a 15 minute wait, no tea at the beverage station you had to ask for it, freestyle coke not working, hole in my drink cup.

Zaxby's is getting worse. Tasteless, lukewarm fries with no seasoning. Double the price from 2020. Even the chicken seems to have lost it's marinated flavor. This one is halfway cleanish. I won't be back.

It's not that the food wasn't cooked right. Zaxbys in general do a bad job with the food. The chicken always taste dry and over breaded. The frys never taste right. I don't see how people eat this

Paid $40 bucks for our food to have one of drinks have a long brown hair inside the cup it was half under ice and stuck to the side. We only found it was there cause we took the lid off to eat the ice. Purely disgusting. Called several times no one cares enough to answer the phone. This food is to expensive to have hair in it. Pull your hair back and keep it away from the food. No one wants your hair in the food you fix us. Poor service and gross standards.

They have really good chicken tenders. I like the zax sauce.

We stopped here on our way home from Louisville on a junkyard trip. Three of us ordered food and drinks.

Unbeknownst to us, my lemonade was rung up as the "handcrafted" instead of the regular fountain lemonade. The other two guys got their drink cups but the fellow at the register said he'd gave to make mine as the handcrafted lemonade was behind the counter.

I gathered napkins and joined my buddies. When they called our order, I asked about my lemonade and they still hadn't made it. I took the food to the table and returned once again for my darned handcrafted lemonade.

I stood there another minute before they finally filled a cup from the fountain behind the counter. It wasn't that great of a lemonade and I'd not bother next time with the hassle it took to get it and a $1 upcharge. Otherwise, the food was good.

I recommend not going here because they can’t read to save their lives or maybe they are mentally challenged I don’t know. I don’t know how hard it is to read an order and still get it wrong. I didn’t get my drinks at the window so I had to ask. I also asked for Zax sauce and didn’t get any, I ordered extra seasoning on my fries and didn’t get any and it cost extra, I asked for no ice in my drink and still got ice, I asked for normal zax sauce on my chicken sandwich and got spicy Zax sauce. I know it’s not the end of the world but I still expect teenagers to read something and give me exactly what I ordered because it’s not hard.
