Would give zero stars for the one on Dixie I go to the one on outer loop 2-3 times a week I will never go back to Dixie had to send my food back 3 times then the last time they brought it back without my sides also they could care less how you like your steak the cook cooks it how he likes

I have never had a bad experience until today. I arrived a little after 12 noon, got seated and ordered. I was a party of 1. Ordered a grilled chicken salad and waited for about an hour before it got brought to me.

We had a party of 21 on New Year's Day! They had to split us into 3 tables, which work fine, and had us seated within 45 minutes! The food was very good, fresh and well prepared, so kudos to the kitchen staff! Our server was ON IT! Our table was very cluttered with glasses, because she brought us all water as we were waiting for our dirty sodas from the bar, but she still noticed any time someone needed a refill. Never had to ask for a refill and never had to ask twice for anything, which is remarkable given that our group was large with chatting, children and specific eaters! Also, it was a very busy day. The on-shift manager stopped by to check on us. Everyone was super friendly. Cannot say enough great things about the experience.

First, the music is TOO loud, 2nd, our server did not bring correct drink, I ordered I sweet iced tea with lemon. She told me 3 times she would bring the lemons. No plates offered to place the rolls on. 3rd, we ordered the Road kill chopped steak WITHOUT any toppings on it AND mushrooms on the side. It was served with everything on top except for mushrooms. They took it back but brought the same piece of meat with onions and cheese just scraped off and the steak was broken up in pieces. We also had the 3 filet mediallions. Horrible, served under cooked and they were full of grizzle. Will not be back for a long time.

The food is good! But the service wasn’t the best. Last time I went, it took almost an hour to get our food. Our server forgot to put in our order, which made it take longer. Very long waiting everytime we come. But the food is always very good which is a plus! The staff is friendly!

Super disappointed, my husband and I ordered take out tonight, I ordered an 8 oz sirloin medium rare with a sweet potato with cinnamon butter and a house salad with ranch, my husband ordered road kill with a baked potato and house salad. We get all the way home (the manager walked the food to the car and it was dark so we really didn’t get a great look before we left) and I open our food to find my steak is cooked well done even though it has a medium rare toothpick in it which in turn made my steak EXTREMELY tough like rubber, I couldn’t even eat it, so I decide to eat my sweet potato which I ordered WITH cinnamon butter only to see that they gave us a whole TWO cinnamon butters for my sweet potato and 6 rolls, gave us 1 regular butter which my husband wanted since he got a baked potato, my husband opens his food to find his roadkill has no gravy on it. This was overall just a bad experience.

The filet medallions were tough. Everyone else's food was good. Oh well, can not w I n them all.
I ordered to go and was supposed to be ready at 7:45pm, it didn’t come out until 8:20pm. The food was ice cold and I spend over $42 to throw most of it away. The steak and chicken tender meal they only gave me 1 tiny tender. All the gravy was cold for the country fried chicken. I didn’t receive the extra rolls I ordered or my salad dressing. Awful!! I tried calling and the woman on the phone was rude and hung up on me.

Delicious food and great atmosphere, you definitely get your money's worth here. The country fried steak is always my go to food item here, unlike the restaurant on outer loop which will only give you half of the steak, this one will give you one that fills the whole plate!
