Service has been horrible lately at this location. Visited today for lunch and had to pack it up to go because they sat us in the fly zone!. Flies ,gnats, everywhere. My favorite place is not my favorite place anymore.

Nice place. We have been here a few times. Our waiter was great. His name was Logan (we teased him about it.) Food is good and the place was packed but we were seated quickly.

You have stand outside to get a pickup order. Rain or snow you stand outside no protection from the weather. Food rarely cooked right always well done no matter how you order. They always forget stuff then you wait in line again to get corrected order. I go to the Outerloop roadhouse to get anything to-go. I might go for dine in service if my friend wants to go nearby,but I by myself go to OuterLoop store so much better!

Service wasn't great. She said she was new and not knowledgeable about the menu. Food was good. The restaurant could have been cleaner.
Aaliyah was the best server I have ever had at a Texas Roadhouse!! She made my experience so unique! 10/10 recommend going here and asking for Aaliyah!!

Want to Texas roadhouse steakhouse eat there around 11 oâclock my waitress was awesome. The service was awesome. I had one big issue I ordered I believe steakhouse cheeseburger I got 3/4 away done and there was a hair in my cheese show the waitress she got the manager all they gave me was a Free appetizer for the next time I come in The manager proceeded to tell me that they all were her nets and sometimes things happen and thatâs what she said, but on the way out as you can see through where they have stakes in front of the window I could see that there was no one wearing a hairnet one thing is one but when you lied to someone, and say they all were hairnets, which is BS thatâs not good I will never come back to that Texas steakhouse again

Our service was absolutely amazing for a busy-rainy Thursday night. Our waitress greeted my party, and I, with a kind smile and fast service, while routinely making sure all of our needs were catered. All in all, our appetizer and meal were at our table in under 10 minutes. Refills were maintained, and despite the rainy outside atmosphere, a great night with even better food were had. Thank you.

Texas Roadhouse is usually really good. Tonightâs (Mon) service and food was disappointing. Kids steak bites are now a bowl of steak shavings? Cold baked potatoes⊠new mgmt? Donât fail us TR.
