Texas Roadhouse is usually really good. Tonight’s (Mon) service and food was disappointing. Kids steak bites are now a bowl of steak shavings? Cold baked potatoes… new mgmt? Don’t fail us TR.

Waitress was horrible took the lady 15 minutes to get food and then only gave our two plates for our rolls stating of sorry I can’t get you anymore we’re only allowed to give out two of them at a times which was for sure a lie and on top of everything else she forgot to ask me how I wanted my steak and then came back to the table 5 minutes later stating that I told the cook I put your steak in for medium but told her no I want it medium well. By the time I got my steak 30 minutes left it wasn’t even cooked there was bleeding still running out of it which is just nasty so I never ate it just my shrimp, baked potato and fried pickles and on top of that my sons fries where so cold that if it was just sitting back there. Came home from dinner and not even 15 minutes later everybody in home got food poisoning. A this is the second time will definitely for will never be going back to Texas Roadhouse again.

Once again another terrible experience with gypsy highway location... Ask several times for a table....they tried to seat me and my little son at a booth..there are reasons I ask for a table..so..after waiting they called my name and took me and my son to a booth...I told my Hostess once again that I needed a table.. So I had to walk back up front and wait longer.. Play call my name the second time. Only to try to get me to yet another booth.. Are tomatoes I could sit in the bar with my son st a high top..my son is 11 and has down syndrome..

Went here on Sunday , servers name was Ashley, worst service I ever experienced in my life. The lady was very rude and didn’t seem like she wanted to do her job at all. I won’t be back to this location. She never came back to refill our drink and asked if we wanted to go boxes when we were half way through eating our food. I guess she didn’t have time for Us!

Food was good, service was good, it was insanely busy and there were easily over 20 people waiting for pick up orders. If yall are understaffed, turn off the amount of people that can order per hour, bc that was crazy.
The servers were friendly with great service and the food came rather quickly 🙂
