Visiting Kentucky and saw a dairy Queen grill on chill. We don't have the sit-in restaurants back home and decided to give this one a try. First impressions when I walked in was that the store was very nice and clean. We were the only dining guests at the register and service was very slow along with the wait for the food. It felt like the drive-thru line had the priority as I could see half our food was sitting under the warmer and half was waiting to be made. Took almost...

The restaurant was clean and smelled clean. The restroom was spotless. I complemented the guy who was working on how clean the store was. The food was good and hot. I think they only had 2 working. They seemed to work as a team. Positive attitudes.

Just witnessed a Karen making the staff miserable. For a team of 3 with several orders, they did a great job. For some reason, she was angry they wouldn’t substitute items on a meal deal, then couldn’t pay with a $100 bill after the staff explained their policy. She kept complaining about the food wanting it remade, then complained when it was “too hot” (fresh out of the kitchen). What an example to set for your granddaughter.
