Waited 20+ minutes just for some other waiter to give us our chips and salsa. And for the chips and salsa the salsa seemed jarred definitely not authentic at all the tortilla chips were bland and didn’t have any flavor or salt at all. After waiting even longer the other waiter obviously could tell we hadn’t even been asked for our drinks so she got us them. Our actual server came to the table to ask what we wanted to order then when we said we wanted to pay for our drinks and leave she proceeded to say she is the only server and was kind of rude about the whole situation. The menu is horrible it’s mostly a sit down Taco Bell that caters to vegetarian dishes more than any other bs on the menu. Full of garbage and overpriced food that’s not even close to being Mexican food at all. If you only have 1 server and you have a business here you would probably know it is getting extremely busy in the gorge if you can’t keep up with demand get out so someone can do it better with better food.

Said the restaurant was open called to place order no answer. Went to the place. Door was open. Lights were off and chairs up on the tables. Anyone could go in and rob the place. They were not open. Sketchy.

Its not good Mexican food, it's just the closest Mexican restaurant to the shops. A small bowl of queso is $6. And I do mean SMALL. The ground beef is dry and unseasoned. The rice and beans portions are very small (why? Theyre literally the cheapest things to make).
And the service was severely lacking, the syrup in the fountain drinks is turned to the bare minimum and there were way too many napkins floating around on the outside deck floor to be that close to the water. It's expensive and not very good.

We are from GA. This was a great restaurant with huge servings and great drinks! The management really cares about the customer experience. Kiah was an amazing server even though it was busy she kept offering us more options for a better experience.

This is the second time I have eaten here. Food was great both times! The bar area is open and bright. And the back patio has nice views of the river behind the restaurant. The enchiladas with the green sauce was my favorite! The house margarita was very refreshing!

Nice atmosphere waiting to greet you at this little Mexican joint in the valley. We really enjoyed the overstuffed huge hillbilly quesadilla. The margarita was nice but sex on the creek is a terrific refreshing drink. The bar itself is nice. I do wish they were open a bit later. Salsa and queso were ok. The menu is huge the whole family will be able to find something. They even have a full on ribeye steak if that's your thing. Overall a great stop for dinner if you are in the mood for pretty good Mexican.

The service is great. I would rank it on par to slightly better than most Mexican restaurants I've been to. Check out the outdoor seats by the creek. Great during the spring.

I recently revisited LA Cabana and my review still holds true. It doesn't disappoint.
