Be prepared to wait a little while but honestly its so worth it! The pizza is so great, the environment is great and honestly its priced great especially for the quality. Really like that you can purchase 2, 4 or 8 slices (8 slices is a large) Definitely will be back soon :)
This is not a bash but my honest opinion and my honest experience. We stayed at the Natural Bridge resort and this place was in our must do list as we had heard by word of mouth it was a great place to eat. We went on a Wednesday evening about 6 and it was crowded. When you walk in the is no direction on what you are supposed to do. Do we seat ourselves, is there a hostess or do we get in the line. We didn’t have a lot of time to look at the menu and felt rushed and the ladies taking our order just seemed unamused to be there. There was no beer menu with explanation of what local brews they had and what the flavor notes were. The lady taking our order at the counter suggested a Miguel’s brand local brew (I can’t remember the exact name) so my husband and I got one of those each. We were given a light up puck to put on our table so the server could find us. The food took forever, the upstairs seating was a joke so we had to sit in the cold basement. The tables were dirty and the atmosphere was very off putting. We are in our forties and were by far the oldest people in the whole room. It seemed like a local younger handout. The food… It was okay at best. The server did not bring any utensils or napkins. We ended up taking some back to lodge and putting in fridge to take home the next day. Both of us the next two days after had “the bubble guts” and the worst heartburn I have ever had. Just be cautious is all I am saying and maybe stick with the can/bottle beer. With the experience we had I would not visit this restaurant again and would not recommend.
Really good pizza and big size slices.

This place is a ton of fun. It was super busy when we got there but it was nice to hang out while our pizza was prepared.
There's not a ton of options in the area so this is an oasis! Highly recommend.

I love Miguels Pizza
The pizza itself is pretty good but nothing otherworldly
this place has insane vibes tho
THE red river gorge climbers mecca
you can camp here for really cheap
pizza is very affordable
lots of climbing people here
they also have showers for cheap as well
it just has aura, gets 5 stars even tho the pizza could be better.

I don't go to the gorge without getting pizza from Miguel's. It's part of the experience.

Peak season on a sunny weekend day. Slow service, reasonable food and a wonderful location.

Glad I went. Toppings were good. However, crust was mediocre and soggy. On the menu they offer an option for an extra pass through the oven, when I saw that I thought it was unusual and did not order that way. But I would definitely recommend ordering the pizza with extra cooking time option.
If youre patient then this may be a great place for you, but in the time it took for us to get our food, we could have drove to Lexington.

Second year visiting The Red and staying at Miguel’s campground. Food is made fresh and I like their salted maple latte. They serve alcohol after 1pm. I heard their margarita is good. Plenty of picnic tables to eat, cook or hang out. There’s also access to recreational activities (basketball and volleyball court, slack line).
Great climbing community. I didn’t know such place/community exists lol. Plenty of camping available. $2/5min showers. Bathrooms can be congested but port potties are available. Gear shop located at the back and maybe a new gear shop in the making? Plenty of parking. Busy in the mornings and weekend evenings. Looking forward to seeing the changes next year.

this burrito.. i’ve had many burritos in my life. miguel’s burritos even. i’ve never had a burrito that has reached the pure heightened state like this one. This burrito, holding it, smelling it, taking a bite or a nibble or two here n there. beautiful. life changing whoever made this burrito deserves the light of the world. because they put the light of the world on this burrito. I’m going to study this burrito for the love and happiness it emits. i’ve had this burrito in my pocket for two weeks now trying to savor it. day 5 it turned a greenish color. day 8 it changes back to normal, keep pushing. order a miguel’s burrito.

This is the BEST pizza we have ever had! They offer more than one gluten free crust and it is DELICIOUS. Very popular spot for pizza after a full day of hiking in the gorge. Worth the wait!!

It took them 40 minutes for us to have a simple Philly cheese sandwich (which didn’t have much philly cheese at all inside) when the place is half empty.
