We had lunch here and it was excellent! The photo is the club sandwich and onion rings.

I had the potato skins one evening and the cheeseburger the next, absolutely delish and cheap! Equally important, the waitstaff make this place a 10/10. It's been too long since I had this genuinely friendly of service at a restaurant... maybe it's just the southern accents but they were great!lol

The Kentucky Hot Brown was amazing. The staff was great! Beautiful view ftom the restaurant.

We just had the Sunday dinner buffet. We should have looked at it first. I have to say it was the worst buffet I've ever had. The salad bar was the only redeeming quality to the whole buffet. Just terrible.

Location is the best feature. The salads were small. The Reuben meat portion was small. Fried green tomatoes were a very thin slice on tomato and mostly breading. On the other hand, the pork chops were very good.

Waited 15 mins after beings seated, looking around room peoples drink glasses was empty and you good tell they was looking around for someone to fill, we order and another 15 to 20 mins go by and no drinks yet on our table , our food comes out and still no drinks , my pulled pork was cold, the sprite tasted like they was running low so they cut it with creek water and my wife’s fish was super mushy and didn’t very good at all, I’m surprised at all the good reviews this place has gotten , it’s almost suspiciously good reviews and how many they get. Wait staff was no wear to be found the whole time we was dinning there.

This is the second time eating here and the food is always good. The waitress was nice. The portion of food to price was good. The views were great.

Very tasty Hot Brown, plus they have Ale-8-One from the soda fountain! Great KY dining view and experience.

Enjoyed a long weekend at this 'resort'; a quaint gem perched on the mountainside with great views! Well-tended breakfast offerings included for hotel guests. Vast windows, prompt service, friendly staff & clean dining room all made for a nice experience.

Parking: Located within the upper/main floor of the resort, on the same level as hotel check in desk, tavern, gift shop, and common room.

Kid-friendliness: Easily accommodates kids.

Went a couple weeks back, wasn’t going to leave a review but the service was just too good not to! Ask for Alicia! I do not go out much but I will say it was the best service I’ve ever received! She was so quick and attentive to our drinks and had the best recommendations of places to hike. I got the Hot brown to eat and 10/10. Place is out dated but the views are awesome. Will be coming back!

We are from out of town and decided to stop by here for dinner. The server was very friendly and courteous. We both ordered the fried chicken breast dinner (I had fries and bacon mac n cheese, she had a salad and mashed potatoes). Every bite of food was excellent and way better than we expected! If we do come back through the Stanton KY area again, we will definitely be coming back. We 100% recommend this place.

$22 for a very lackluster buffet seemed quite expensive to me. Wait staff was very friendly though with plenty of southern charm. Maybe choose to dine elsewhere if all they're serving is the buffet.

The buffet was good, meatloaf and fried chicken were my favorite items, salad bar had a good selection of veggies.
