The service was decent, the food was ok. If I was out this way I wouldn't hesitate to stop but I would not go out of my way to eat here.

Worthwhile experience. The owner took care of us and we both had the shrimp boil. Bit greasy for my wife but I liked it and enjoyed the outside seating.

We went for the first time on a Friday evening about 6. It wasn't busy and no one greeted us. We seated ourselves at a table in a small dining room. There was one other couple inside and two or three tables occupied outside on the patio. After several minutes someone came out from the kitchen, greeted us, got drinks and menus. We ordered fried fish bites and popcorn shrimp as our entrees. They were good, not great. Each came with two sides. The hush puppies that came with the meal were excellent. The prices were reasonable, a little over $40 for two meals with drinks. If I was in the area I would eat here again, but wouldn't go out of my way to do so.

We arrived early on Sunday (by 5:00p) for dinner. There was no crowd so we were able to get a table immediately. We ordered a fried green tomatoes appetizer which arrived in a reasonable amount of time, piping hot. It was good even though the "ranch" sauce tasted like a ranch / tarter sauce hybrid. After reviewing the menus we asked a few questions before ordering. The menus were not very clear and were if anything, inaccurate or misleading. The popcorn shrimp were acceptable and plentiful, but described as "tasting like chicken". The seafood tacos were good, with shrimp on coleslaw covered with cheese and what I'd call "baja" sauce inside a soft taco. The baked cod tasted very good, but the portion was small, as did the corn on the cob. The problem was with what was left off the menu and what the server did / did not properly convey. I was asked whether I wanted fried or sauteed shrimp on the tacos. I asked for sauteed. I wasn't told that sauteed had an upcharge. Nor did the menu indicate that fried OR sauteed was an option. The popcorn shrimp came with two sides with no indication anywhere that certain sides again had an upcharge. The baked cod and steamed veggies actually included ONE vegetable. When asked what the choices were we were told broccoli and corn on the cob. The corn was chosen and again, upcharge. When checking online later it appears that multiple other options exist such as asparagus, red potatoes, and cole slaw. In total we had $7.50 in upcharges for the meal. That won't break us, but it leaves a bad taste in the mouth. IF you order online you will be able to see all the costs AND the choices associated. However, the single page paper menu at the restaurant doesn't go into the details. We won't be returning given the cost when other options exist.

So the first time I tried to get food here there was a bit of an issue. I was traveling home and placed an order online. When I got there it was closed. Found out they were closed for an event of some type(not a holiday). They refunded my money the next week which was no big deal, but maybe there’s a way to shut down online ordering when they are closed. I only found out through Facebook while sitting in the parking lot wondering what was going on and if I was out 75$ for it. However the next 2 times I visited the food was great. I decided while traveling through the 2nd time on my way home to order when I got there. Got fried cod, Mac n cheese and an order of fried green tomatoes. My most recent visit I decided to bring the wife and the 2 youngest kids with me. All in all a great experience with my family. The prices are a little high but the food is worth it and the portions are solid for the price. Inflation is hitting all markets and I can tell the owner is doing his best to keep it reasonable. If his prices are something to complain about then maybe you can’t afford to eat out. Those fried green tomatoes are so good I could make myself sick overeating them! Not sure why there are so many detractors on the reviews but my family and I will definitely visit again and again.

Used to enjoy this place but prices are up and food quality down. Just got take out- “ half pound” (ha ha) of fish and some tartar sauce. Two tiny pieces fish- each almost as big as my palm and tartar sauce was nothing but mayonnaise. This was the last time for them. Oh well…

Small town bank should have remained a bank or a vacant building, not a seafood restaurant. By far this is the absolute worst meal I have ever had both for me and my family. My daughters chicken was under cooked, my wife found a nice long hair in her fish, mine was dry and rubbery, tasted absolutely nasty, the onion rings didn't even taste like an onion, and to add insult to injury the food might have tasted better when it made a repeat performance at 3 AM when it came back up. Don't waste your time driving to Jericho it is not worth it, make the drive to Mike Lennings red lobster or king fish.Well seeing that apparently the owner is also a liar in his response, we didn't finish everything, threw most of it away, didn't brag to anyone cause we didn't even eat there we ate at our house. And as far as an employee apparently he or she has no idea what they are talking about cause I don't have employees

Awesome spot with great outdoor dining and awesome food. Best hush puppies and fish. Low country boil was the best we have had.
