Not sure why this location is being run differently, but it should not take 20 minutes sitting in line before you can even place your order. Every other location I have been through in multiple other states, the order takers come to your car window, take your order and payment, and your drink is ready to go by the time you get to the window. It’s incredibly frustrating to see how this one is being run completely different and inefficiently from all other locations

We sat in line for 35 minutes, waiting for our order to get taken and watched 15 other vehicles get their orders taken before our order was taken and get their drinks and leave before we even got our order taken. We are still sitting in the line and are watching cars behind us that have been here for 30 minutes not get their orders taken when a car just pulls in. They get their order taken right away like it took them 20 minutes before they sent out somebody to the car to even get orders and it’s just one person your staff inside are flirting with each other not making coffee. And serving everybody in the first lane and the second lane people are sitting here for 35 minutes. That’s actually diabolical and unacceptable.

We love 7brew, however,… The wait is ALWAYS way too long. We sat in line for 45 minutes. When we pulled up to the window we watched as all of the workers talked, laughed, and danced around, none of them were making any drinks. Five minutes later someone came out to take our order. Once our order was placed we got our drinks very quickly. They were delicious. Even though we were in no hurry there is absolutely no reason to wait in line for 45 minutes at a coffee shop.

I go just about daily and some of these reviews could not be further from the truth. The employees are incredibly friendly every single time I go through - and just about all of them know both my wife and I by name.
Service is only slow when they’re busy - which is understandable because duh, they’re busy. The comments of it being a half hour wait every time is absolutely embellished. I have waited 30+ minutes once, and the line was wrapped to the entrance so it was understandable.
There are a few different employees named Bree that work there that are all fantastic and personable - but really i’ve not had a single negative experience with any employee personally. They make sure to have conversation with me every single time I come through.. I will continue to go to 7Brew for my energy drink fix - if you’re a fan of dirty sodas/energy drinks and want to customize it to be perfect for your tastes - then this is the place.

I’ve been very pleased each time I’ve visited this location! Drinks were perfect, I love the variety of options compared to other local coffee shops. Service was spot on- the entire staff was friendly and welcoming and even the staff members I didn’t interact directly with made a friendly & professional impression. (ex: my 2 yo nephew was in the backseat and kept trying to get the attention of a guy stocking boxes of products. Even though he was working hard and super busy, he took the time to wave and say hi to my nephew in the backseat which made his day.) I read through the reviews and saw a handful of negative ones, which actually compelled me to review my experiences here, because they have been extremely positive. I realize it’s a new place with mostly young adults working and sometimes there can be kinks to work out, but I can honestly say I was very impressed with the service I received and will definitely be a regular at 7Brew Somerset!

I LOVE 7 Brews. But today was definitely different. We are all going to work wanting to get our coffee but today the girls working had different plans. They just wanted to stand in the corner and dance and talk. I waited over 15 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. This isn’t a dance club this isn’t Vegas. Sure have fun. But your getting paid to work not sit and talk and dance with your friends..
