Sometimes the donuts are absolutely not fresh. You can tell when they’re several days old. They’re hard and dry. There is a lady who has worked there for quite a long time, any time I go through the drive thru and ask if they have one certain kind of donut her response is always “idk I just got here” and walks away to look. it could be a great place to eat if they would focus on service more instead of socializing more. they have you circle the drive through multiple times, then when you finally get back to the window, they tell you they messed up your order and then tell you to park somewhere and if you're lucky and they remember to bring it to you, ( I've had to go back in several times because they forgot me), they just laugh at you and say they're sorry...and that's after wasting 32 mins of my...read full review
