I mean the food once correct was good. The staff was ok..but the guy working the front counter just wasn't paying attention, he was getting orders wrong, whatever I guess, but I didn't ring the bell. If I was in the drive threw... but we couldn't because towing a camper.. I would have been so sad if I left before checking my order. He seemed like he couldn't ring up beef and cheddar right, he got 4 wrong. No telling in drive thru.

Just went through drive thru and ordered two number 6s, and got only beef and buns. Where's the sauce and cheese!? Not the only time this Arbys messed up on my orders.

We stop here every couple weeks and the food and service is always very good. Super friendly. Never have to wait for anything and they get our order right every time.

EDIT - 8 years later..... Ordered 2 snack wraps HONEY MUSTARD. Got ranch.
