We moved to Somerset just 3 months ago. A&W is our favorite ice cream spot. Unfortunately this A&W doesn’t like to give you the product you pay for. We go about 3 times a week but we will NOT be back to this one! I ordered a Root-beer float, mind you they run about $6. When the very rude drive through girl handed it to me it literally had 2 bites of ice cream in it. No-one wants to pay $6 for a cup of root beer! Get real! I'm in the medical field as well as a farmer and I know drugs when I see them on someone’s face. So I do have empathy. But I want what I pay for! When I went in and ask for ice cream for my float , She very rudely said, “it gets 3 1/2 swirls!” Well Thats ridiculous if true for such a huge float! This is the ONLY ice cream selfish A&W Ive ever seen. You have to order extra ice cream to get a real float here. We love the people in Ky but little Miss Drive tru needs a new job or an attitude adjustment! Worst A&W I’ve ever been. Those floats are what made you famous, Have some pride!

The burgers are too salty to eat. It's been like this for years. It's not just my imagination. My whole family has the same complaint. Please just stop salting the burgers let people put salt on themselves if they want. Otherwise the restaurant is great. The employees have always been really nice.
