I don’t ever review places however we hadnt not been coming for awhile. We decided to stop on Sunday on the praise of a church group member that had recently been coming here instead of elsewhere in town and swore by some amazing new staff. Lemme tell you it was not disappointing. FANTASTIC service and good food. Even though they were busy the service and food speedy and quite pleasant. Penny was amazing Very jovial manager made us feel welcome and was genuinely interested in our visit. The new chicken and French toast is divine. Good for the money too hubby and I ate and had take homes for under $30

If we come in the morning, food is ok as compared to if we come for dinner when food is usually great. Atmosphere and quality are improving . The new manager, bigger guy (sorry, cant remember name) is a gem. Always goes out of his way to check on us and actually listens when asking a question. Same with young lady who was a waitress before. Getting much better.

The service was good. I got breakfast which was decent other than the sausage which was overcooked to the point it was totally black and virtually uneatable.

I would suggest avoiding using the mobile app or online to purchase food from here. If they don't have items in stock and you cancel the order, the store claims they can't refund the purchase despite the app/website saying they can do so. They'll give you a number for the company that does their app who will never answer the phone. In the end you'll be out the cash the system charged and have nothing to show for it.

I placed a delivery order which I’ve done numerous times. Now, they tell me I’m unable to order extra gravy for my order. I always have to call after my online order to add extra. Thanks! Now they tell me no extra gravy with no option to order extra! I’ll be doing business elsewhere Bob Evan’s I Somerset, KY!
I just called and let them know they forgot my desert item. They were more worried about giving me more gray and actually forgot the rest of my order. Daryl/Darrell is the manager who stated he didn’t care.

This was a great place to go great service and yummy food, try the mocha absolutely delicious don't get gravy comes cold, otherwise amazing, don't sit next to kids tho, was constantly trying to bang on the wall 🧱🧱🧱🧱

As I'm sitting here coming up on the 30th minute waiting on my to go order (which was called in 15 minutes before I arrived). I am thinking I wish the hostess would quit stopping putting my order together to cash people out and sit people instead of just finishing it. It makes me think that if she doesn't know any better than to finish packing up my order that the management is incompetent. I was just told will be another 10 minutes unreal. Will never order food here again.
