Very polite fast paced and hard working people not including myself since I work here also I seen people saying that the order was wrong from what they just heard for example the million dollar whopper is 3 different sandwiches if you don’t say which one clearly we might not understand the person saying it but we love serving customers and welcome new customers including employees happy all day round no matter the cost we love to show our good side towards everyone
Vegetarian options: We also serve meat and chicken
Kid-friendliness: Very friendly towards kids and teens even if there are a lot of customers
Wheelchair accessibility: Come on in there is plenty of seats for people who use wheelchairs

BK has always had good food and a happy crew. Service is always on the up and up. Store is always clean. And prices are good for the amount you get. If you don't like flame broiled... Well that's just to bad for you. Go see the King, and eat Happy!!

This place doesn’t understand what a mobile order is. Placed the order 10 minutes ahead, and it was fairly early in the morning. There was one car in front of me, and that car was pulled forward to wait on their order. I was also told to pull over to park and wait for my mobile order. When I finally received my order after waiting for roughly five minutes, the person that brought my order slapped the shit out of my car door as she left.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo. The young girl who took my order was very sweet. The guy with the neck tattoo who handed me my food not so much. Just threw my biscuit in the bag and that was it. No napkins and no hashbrowns.

Bought a cripsy chicken sandwich today and told them no tomato and when I received it it of course had tomato on it and I'm allergic to tomato, so instead of making a fresh one they picked the tomato off and gave me the same sandwich back
Had to try the new Fried Pickle Ranch Whopper that's being advertised.
It was okay; I just assumed it had sliced tomatoes, and it does not.
Parking: Right cross from the Colombia, KY Walmart. No video or stationary photography allowed inside the restaurant. What are they afraid of?

Bought the million dollar Whopper contest burgers and was greatly disappointed. We bought the Mexican street corn whopper. The sandwich maybe would have been enjoyable if it had had more queso and corn chips. It had about a teaspoon of queso and a few chips. I don't believe it was how the burger was meant to be made. I feel it was the carelessness of the workers in making the burger. Tasteless, dry, and not worth the money.

We came here because it is my son’s favorite place to eat. This place was fairly fast in getting our food to us. Food was fresh. Fries are always good.

Despite the North Burger King’s online hours of operation spanning from 6 AM to midnight, I encountered an issue when I placed an online order that was accepted, only to find the establishment closed when I arrived at 11:10 PM. The restaurant’s signage and online hours indicate that it should be open during that time. Why is it not adhering to its advertised hours? If the hours are changed, they should be consistent and reflect the actual operating hours. Closing 10 minutes early or 5 minutes early is acceptable, but nearly an hour early is excessive.

I really don't get it. I went through the drive thru. No one was in line. Two customers were inside. I spent over $12. I received a lukewarm burger and cold onion rings. This happens 4 out of 5 visits. It is sad that the owner is allowing this to take place. Please fix this problem with your restaurant.
