Lately every time I buy here the food is luke warm when it's supposed to be hot and fresh. The fries are cold and the chicken paddies are always burned to a crisp. Their sandwiches are practically sludge-burgers. It seems like there is never any fresh ingredients anymore. I am put off by the horrible quality. This is coming from someone who used to order here all the time. I am starting to find myself avoiding this place entirely because it's like they stopped caring about their job. It's always a disappointment now and feels like wasting money.

Placed a mobile app order this morning. Got 12 crossiants nothing too hard. Drove to get them they said they didn’t have the order. Drove all the way home to ask my wife what was up she called the store, they said it was there but went to the wrong register. Then we went back and got the order and it was wrong they just threw them together. Do better

I go here often, it honestly depends on who is working the window. There are some very nice people that work here but there are also some very hateful females that work here. So I figured a 4 star was a good rating considering I would give the hateful females 0 stars but the nice ones 5 stars. The food is always good so 5 stars there.
