The food was fantastic! The service wasn't extraordinary but ok. The dining room wasn't clean, not characteristic for Chick-Fil-A, which was disappointing. You can do better!

I put an order in which took nearly for the restaurant to fulfill, I just wanted to get breakfast before going to work.
I ended up late to work and having a horrible day because it started on the wrong foot due to this chick fl a. Every time I choose to come to this location for breakfast, I end up running behind or late because the people working in the morning are dragging their feet.
I ordered and paid for my meal via the Chick fl a app, when I walked in the restaurant, the staff had not started my order at all. They showed very little concern or urgency for fixing their mistake and making my meal. I basically had to beg them to just make anything so I wouldn’t go to work hungry. They just kept telling me about what they couldn’t do. Why would you not make my meal after Ive already paid for it? You can’t put see in the photos where I placed the order at 6:58 and didn’t get my food till nearly 7:40! It’s crazy!

Slowest service and no pleasure by employees at your location in Somerset KY. Not my first time there for sure…. But after 20 minutes for chicken minis and nothing but I’m sorry when expresssing out dismay. Very unprofessional and an expensive lesson ! No place but here to leave a review!

Food was good. Had to go to the counter to ask for my salad. I was with a group of 4 and they had already received their food and was about finished before I went to the counter to get mine.
The food was amazing. We didn't even leave the counter and our food was already out. The place felt very calm and nice. Not too loud. Very enjoyable. 5/5 would most definitely go again

This afternoon, 8/30/2024, at about 2:30 til 3:00, my husband and I stopped in for late lunch. Your facility is clean, all associates were professional looking and all were busy and most pleasant with each other and customers. . Received our food timely. And of course it was good. But I want to say a special thank you to the lovely young lady who delivered our food and blessed my day with her comments. She was petite , with dark hair and glasses. Thank you young lady. You are a precious soul. Linda Priddy.
