Went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday per her request she picked chilis. Got there was told the wait would be 45 minutes that’s was fine! Stood there and watched multiple parties of 5/6 get seated without waiting. We were apart of 7. We had also informed them we could be spilt between two tables. Was told we could sit at the bar high top tables (with children). There was a table getting up I said we would just wait for that table. After 1 hour and 10 minutes and 34 empty seats my husband asked again if we could be seat where a party of 8 just got up from that were split between 2 booths. The hostess set us at the dirty tables and said she’d have to clean them. While sitting there waiting for drink orders to be took the manager of the night shift stood at the booth behind us VERY loudly talking about, “that’s not how a restaurant was run and they have party sections for a reason.” Someone finally came to take our drinks and said that would we would be getting moved because that’s not how a large party was to be set but would go on and get our drink orders. At this point after hearing the staff stand there and talk about us as and the waiter telling us that we were being moved we got up and left. While walking the waiter proceeded to yell across to the manager multiple times they are leaving! I know my one party of 7 will not make an impact on never stepping foot in there again but we won’t be back and I hate this is how a birthday celebration will be remembered.

Went during a weekday for lunch. The food was blah. Our waiter had 2 tables and could not keep up. Another waitress had to refill our drinks. Seen him only twice, taking the order and then giving us the check. Was very disappointed because chilis in the Knoxville area are so much better than this location.
Picked up a to go order and didn’t even think to check the order. When I got home I was missing the chicken fajita. Instead got some kind of appetizer that had slider burgers that were raw in the middle. Paid over $40 didn’t get what I ordered and couldn’t eat what was in the bag. Tried calling the restaurant 4 times no one answered 2 times and the other times the boy answering the phone put me on hold and never came back. That sure isn’t the way to get a repeat customer.

Was excited to try Chili’s, but just left this restaurant after sitting there for at least 25 mins without even getting our drink order taken. The table behind us arrived after, and had gotten their appetizers already. The table just seated beside us was getting their drink orders as we decided to just get up and leave. Still no server acknowledged us.
