Just a little dissatisfied. My ribs were a little tough, whereas usually they fall off the bones, and my rice wasn't tender. Everything I had seemed as if it had set too long.
We waited for a hr after they said the wait time was 10-15 mins then left I'll probably never be back there again. I never got a txt or anything people that came in after us got seated but we didn't.

Man!! Super Proud Young Boys Putting in the work. We came in and had a very nice guy sit us this saturday. didnt even have to wait long. Me and my family got our drinks so quick! this kid didnt even look his age! but he was mature and very good at his job! he was awesome.. last time i didn’t have a good experience here about a year ago. so im super glad chilis has stepped their game up! ive came to chilis in the last two months, atleast 10 times!! also super nice buss boys, one with glasses was a hard working young man. So was the host boy! this saturday was an awesome chilis night! also had a great server tabithia! WILL BE COMING BACK!

By far the worst service we have ever received. It was a saturday night, so we were prepared for a wait. When we were finally seated it took our server 20 minutes to come get our drink order. We got our food, our server passed by our table and acknowledged our drinks were empty at least 4 different times. We got another serve to get us a box, paid, and left. I was very disappointed in the service here.

Was extremely disappointed in the service at this chilli's considering most times it's serviceable. We ordered 2 triple dippers and sides only. It took a solid 30min for our food to come out only for it to have died in the window. The marinara sauce for our cheese sticks was literally crispy and burned on top. Only saw our server 3 times including the 1 time she came to take out order. Very subpar, would not recommend at this time.
First off let me say the food was great as always, BUT, and here's the big but, we WILL NOT BE GOING BACK,for quite a while AT LEAST. The restaurant was almost empty, yet people were being told there would be a 30 minute wait. Seriously, I mean very nearly empty. People were walking out. Here is what we observed....the person that greeted us with her pink hair(that in and of itself is not a BIGGY),with her inch round cold sore on her mouth, was a real TURN OFF, INSTANTLY,but hey at least she had pink hair, that's cool right ? The we heard people being told, they were out of the following,chicken,mashed potatoes, ice,barbecue sauce, pot roast, chicken wings/tenders etc. What is happening here is obvious. Hiring is NOT being done on a merit based system.When we were last here they had a VERY competent person that was managing the place and our visit was almost perfect despite a FULL house. What I see now is DEI based hiring. If whoever may read this review wants to save your location, ditch the DEI hiring. I needed to confirm so I googled chili's policies as such, and was shocked. Look it up for yourself. I googled " is chilis woke". That will tell you all you need to know, and them dropping the merit based hiring system is causing what is happening here. Incompetence. Too bad, this was one of our favorite places to eat. And I can tell by the other reviews, mine is not the only bad experience people have been having as of late. We will try again 6 months or so, and see if they go back to just wanting to make money like before or if their broader agenda is still DEI, having priority over service and quality. See the thing is, we HAVE OTHER CHOICES in Somerset,and we WILL choose those. Recommendation.....Chilis get out of the politics game and back into the food game before it's TOO LATE.

Foods always been good here. But we walked in looking at booths and tables that were open/unused, and were given a 30+ minute wait time for what? Poor service and a poor attitude for a door greeter

I had a $10 e bonus and asked to use it on a pickup order. The mgr said it was no good even though she was looking at it on my phone. It had not been used & still had the bar code. I don't think she knew how to redeem it. She never said she was sorry or offered to make it good in any way. When I told her to just forget my order & I wouldn't be back she just said " ok have a nice day" so apparently they don't care about their customers business.

Signed up on wait list. Said it would be 20. 35 mins later i go in to see what is going on. They let me sit out there almost 40 mins. Put other people ahead of me. Then tells me I'm still going to have to wait until more tables are open. They were rude. They didn't even try to accommodate us for their screw up.. the last few times I've been here, they were horrible. One time, they didn't even have ice for their drinks. So we drank hot soda and lemonade. It was horrible
