I had such a great experience at Chili’s! The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was fast, and the staff were super friendly. you can tell they really care about making sure you’re happy with your meal.
But let me talk about the mozzarella sticks ..... hands down, the best I’ve had anywhere. Perfectly golden and crispy on the outside, with that gooey, melty cheese pull that makes you instantly want another one. The marinara sauce had just the right amount of tang and spice to complement them perfectly. I could honestly come back just for those!
Everything from the atmosphere to the food was spot on. Chili’s never disappoints, and those mozzarella sticks are a must-try for anyone who loves a good appetizer done right.
Would 100% recommend!

I made a mistake paying my bill during my visit. Waitress was quick to point it out . Chelsea the manager was great and promptly took care of the issue. Everyone i came across was friendly and respectful

Just want to start off by saying, this evening was my first time getting Chili’s, the food was excellent, the management and other staff was great. I went out with my friends, a party of six, and we all had four separate checks. They all tipped a dollar a piece on the table-kiosk, because I offered to pay with a cash tip, where our server did an excellent job serving all six of us and ensuring that we all we taken care of. I placed the cash tip under a plate, poking out to where she could visibly see it to claim it when we all left. Everyone had paid, and we were enjoying our desert before leaving. All of a sudden, the server walks up to us, talking with an attitude, complaining about how we did not tip enough, and thanked us for not being generous enough, saying that we needed to tip at least 5% because of how big her bill was, saying that she has to pay out a certain amount of her tips to other people, as well as was cursing at all of us before walking off. It upset all of us, so we left our table, leaving our deserts there. I confronted a manager about her demanding that we pay more for her services when the cash tip was there, clear as day. Manager on duty was very kind and understanding of the situation. Our server did great and went completely two-faced because she thought she wasn’t getting tipped enough despite the fact that there was a cash tip. Giving a two star rating simply for everything else being absolutely wonderful about our experience.

I arrived at 8:20 and was told it would be about a 10-minute wait. After 50 minutes and having to ask for an update, I finally said I either needed to be seated or I was leaving. The response I got made it clear they didn’t care whether I stayed or left. I ended up going down the road and was seated immediately. Very disappointing experience.

I have to say we had one of the best waiters! She was amazing, and the ribeye was delicious it was a buttery garlic style, the loaded mashed potatoes is good as well, they have an awesome busboy!!! Works his tail off !
