Went during a weekday for lunch. The food was blah. Our waiter had 2 tables and could not keep up. Another waitress had to refill our drinks. Seen him only twice, taking the order and then giving us the check. Was very disappointed because chilis in the Knoxville area are so much better than this location.

I had such a great experience at Chili’s! The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was fast, and the staff were super friendly. you can tell they really care about making sure you’re happy with your meal.
But let me talk about the mozzarella sticks ..... hands down, the best I’ve had anywhere. Perfectly golden and crispy on the outside, with that gooey, melty cheese pull that makes you instantly want another one. The marinara sauce...

I made a mistake paying my bill during my visit. Waitress was quick to point it out . Chelsea the manager was great and promptly took care of the issue. Everyone i came across was friendly and respectful
