Ordered in drive through and staff was rude and kept cutting me off. Ordered a double sourdough melt and was charged for a double but recieved a single. Called to complain and they ignored my call.

Food was good. Skimpy on the condiments. Spoke w a mgr I presume about employees wearing the same rubber gloves for everything. Register, restocking, knocking crumbs off the table, bringing food out to the table They could have changed them, hopefully but doubtful. Still like their food

It’s sorta expensive but always quality and always good service .. now it sorta busy but have patience they rarely make. Mistakes but always able to fix their wrongs.. the mushroom burger is fantastic and Culver’s sauce is amazing.

Our first time to Culver’s and we won’t be back. The dinning room was disgusting. We politely asked to have someone clean our table so we can sit somewhere that didn’t have food and crumbs all over our table. After 5 minutes the blonde girl with the septum piercing came over and wiped all the crumbs onto the seats. When we asked if she could please then clean the crumbs she wiped onto the seats. It was a problem and she was visibly irritated. There is napkins and trash all over our table and dinning area. If we are paying for our food we’d like somewhere clean to enjoy the food we just paid for. Do better.
