Service is decent but it's been several years since the food has started to decline, this is definitely my last time eating here. We ordered a double butter burger and a grilled chicken sandwich, the burger was burnt beyond recognition and as tough as tanned leather, while the chicken sandwich was somehow undercooked while still being as rubbery as the sole of a shoe, with a complete lack of any seasoning whatsoever.
The staff are kind, but for a restaurant as consistently over-staffed as this one, you'd really think that at least one person would care to try and make the food edible.

We went to the restaurant ready to order and used the bathroom. We went in the bathroom and saw a man playing with himself. As soon as we saw it we left immediately. 1 star. Also really dirty.

The alt was thick and creamy ,really good, My husband had a small chocolate waffle cone and it was the size was amazing and he enjoyed it to the last bite.

My wife and I love Culver's! We have been to many Culver's locations throughout this country. Their food and products are delicious and extraordinary. We either dine in or sit outside and this restaurants chains atmosphere is well lit, kept up, comfortable and enjoyable. The entire staff at each location is very nice, cordial, helpful and well versed.
Good but chintzy on toppings. One pickle, tomato slice about the size of a silver dollar, barely any onions.

Compare this to the advertised photograph. This is the standard at the Somerset Culver's. They do not listen when you order and apparently they lack any sort of quality check. Taste burnt and are hard. The individual that allowed these to walk out of the kitchen should probably stick to cleaning toilets, frying food is far to difficult for them.

When we decided in early October to make the move from London to Somerset my wife both got really excited about the fact that we'll now have access to Culver's any time we choose. It's by far our favorite place for great burgers and frozen custard plus the prices are more than decent and the staff is always super helpful ☺️
