Absolutely wonderful customer service. I was picking up a mobile order for someone at the hospital, I thought they placed it to Dairy Queen so I went there and asked for the mobile order. They couldn't find it, looked everywhere, offered to call the other store to see if it was sent there on mistake, were already making it, apologized for the confusion, etc.
The mobile order ended up being placed for a totally different restaurant. I feel bad they did all that looking for the ticket when there never was one. But everyone was very very friendly, absolutely wonderful customer service (even to people who weren't customers this time!)

I repeated our drink order 4 times and they still gave us the wrong drinks…. Also up-charged us for what is normally the biscuit gravy meal, & rang every item in separately.

Got a free meal with my app but it didn't come with a drink. A small drink was almost $3.00. RIP OFF. I think a free meal should come with a free drink. Their app tells you what time they close but they don't tell you the dining room closes an hour earlier.
