I put a mobile order in this morning and my two coffees still weren’t done when I arrived there 20 minutes later. Terrible service, I’d rather wait in the long line at Baxter’s Coffee.

Im very disappointed, they gave us whipped cream instead of cold foam. Other than that no complaints besides they clearly need help and extra training.

I went in to buy bagged ground coffee. I didn't see any so I asked the young man behind the counter if they had any. He pointed to the bagged coffee display. I explained there was no ground coffee there. He didn't know what "ground coffee" was so he asked another employee. She asked me if that was "hot coffee". I said no it was the coffee you take home with you to make coffee at home. She replied she didn't think they had any. Now this kind of service is totally the fault of the ownership and management. Why would anyone want to put their employees in this type of situation. Wise up guys. Set your employees up to succeed. It is a win win for everyone.

I do drive thru most days, the wait in line is usually long but I need my frozen coffee so it's generally worth it

Helpful service, good coffee and donuts, other food is good as well like the snackin bacon and chicken croissant. The drive thru is a bit tight and parking lot is small and can get crowded.
