Ordered food for a retail establishment for black Friday to feed our hungry crew. They were courteous and prompt, even when I changed the pick up time to be earlier. They even helped me bring it to my car!!! The food was hot and delicious and enjoyed. Definitely 100% best customer service I've received in a long time!!!!

I went through the drive through and wanted to order like a family sized bucket of spaghetti but their personless drive through ordering makes that impossible. I ended up getting 2 orders of Spaghetti to take home. Fazolis, I really do not like your impersonal drive through. Please being people back so I can order what I really want. I guess I'm just not ready for the way you're doing it.
