Called in order for one sub, left parking lot realized I had someone else's order. (They called) went back to get my order, again it was wrong. Called and the girl wanted to argue me, apparently she doesn't know pastrami from corn beef. Anyway I paid for drink and chips, which I didn't receive. Called again , was unable to speak to manager. Is making a sandwich that the customer ordered that hard? ( med. pastrami no mustard) apparently is difficult.

My favorite sub shop everywhere I go, and Somerset didn’t disappoint. Very friendly staff, sub made perfectly and they had a pickle bucket that we always buy!! Will definitely go back!

I asked if they could make a small sandwich in the midst of all that and their response "I don't know". Customer service at its finest will never go back.
