I can't say anything negative about Firehouse subs. I've had two different subs and both subs were GREAT. They also have gluten free bread and that is so tasty and helps my belly not be in pain or bloat. We will be coming back.

Called in order for one sub, left parking lot realized I had someone else's order. (They called) went back to get my order, again it was wrong. Called and the girl wanted to argue me, apparently she doesn't know pastrami from corn beef. Anyway I paid for drink and chips, which I didn't receive. Called again , was unable to speak to manager. Is making a sandwich that the customer ordered that hard? ( med. pastrami no mustard) apparently is difficult.

I made an online order. I got a large sandwich and a side salad with ranch they didn’t give me a fork, a napkin or any ranch. And the girl working there was very rude. The sandwich was good though.

My favorite sub shop everywhere I go, and Somerset didn’t disappoint. Very friendly staff, sub made perfectly and they had a pickle bucket that we always buy!! Will definitely go back!
