I ordered a bun - less Star Burger. I thought it would come hot off the grill with my cheese melted on it. The only thing hot was my fries. The burger was cold and my cheese , onions and tomatoes were just thrown in the container. I've not been to Hardee's in 6 years. The last time we ordered Western Bacon cheeseburger, the onions were so hard we couldn't cut them with a steak knife. So, not coming back again for a long time.

Not sure what has happened. This use to be the best hardees. Food just isn't good anymore. Usually cold. Last few times the biscuits have been weird. Always missing food from drive thru

Service is wonderful. Breakfast is great especially biscuits made from scratch. Lunch is awesome. The fries are superb. Their drive-thru is a little bit of a mangled mess full of potholes and hard to get out of. Really need to redesign the parking lot.

Teresa and Margaret was so awesome to us. They enjoyed interacting with my son and I. The new Frisco burger and new beef patties was amazing. Will definitely come back again. Great job to Teresa and crew.

The manager that was behind the counter, her names Margaret! I was ordering a number 2, super star. I feel someone needs to talk with her about hygiene. She smelled like fried fish! How does one smell like that when there isn't any fish frying??? Hygiene in any restaurant is important, and a must

I was in Somerset. And needed to find a place to sit down for a little while and do some paperwork. The light turned red in front of me at this Hardee's, so I decided to just pull in there. I ordered a sweet tea and sat in a booth and done my work while enjoying a friendly atmosphere, with Christian music playing on the speakers. And enjoy a couple of good conversations with some outstanding veterans. It was clear the staff at this restaurant respected the fact that they had been willing to give up so much for our country.
