They sell cold sandwiches, that are loaded with what you choose to put on them. Be ready to use two hands to hold it. My favorite is the hot meal. Each day they serve two choices of meat and a couple of vegetables. The day they serve meatloaf is my favorite. Don't worry about portion sizes. I eat plenty, then take the rest home for later. Husband had md appointments in Somerset. Seen this place on trip advisor but trip advisor said closed every day We like to go to mom and pop type restraunts. Took a chance and called, they are open. Lunch special was homemade lasagna, garlic bread and salad. Words can't describe how great it was and large portions. We had decided on desert but took it with us.
