Food was great except for the mac-n-cheese...gosh, it was gross. It was over-cooked & had zero flavor. I, mean, not even cheese flavor! Bad move. However, all the other food was great especially the chicken. We dined in & it was clean & nice, the restroom was clean, nice. Overall, they get 4/5 stars.

I am ordering and I ordered 8 piece meal and I wanted that all white meat, I know I have to pay more. The employee looked me square in the eye and said you can’t order that, then the people behind you will have to wait. What?? Oh yea she said you would have to order that ahead. They don’t offer an all white per menu, but that is what I requested and pay more. Needless to say this was not a good experience. Did not buy anything and left. I had previously ordered this at drive thru for 4 years.

Went through drive thru nobody replied so I went in where there was a line to the door due to no chicken at 8pm. The red headed cashier was nice seems how he was the only one working the front line. The women was only complaining. Definitely disappointed.

I just left KFC at 7:30. They’re already claiming there is no more chicken breast and they’re not making anymore. They have been doing this for weeks. They don’t close for 2 1/2 more hours. This place is a joke. Somerset, Kentucky location
