Drive through dec,18,2025 5pm.drive thru lady was not polite,food was dry and they gave me old chicken! It took 22 rings before a manager answered she was non apologetic and never offered to replace the meal so I feed the crap to the dogs! Stop hiring unqualified managers! Zero stars for me.

My fiancée suggested we try KFC. I said it would be fine. We asked about the freshness. The employees didn't seem to know much or care to answer. I ordered 8 piece nuggets, which looked big and delicious in the pictures. My Fiancée ordered a three piece bone in meal. My nuggets were Very small, about 1 inch squares. Some were without any breeding. They were cut in squares. It was very disappointing. Her bone in meal was better than mine. I ate one of her pieces to get a decent meal. We won't be back to KFC.

I came and ordered tender meal, I got it home u could not even bite into thee biscuits, and tenders were even harder, so I brought it back and asked to remake them, everyone makes mistakes. The response from cooks and managers was rude, act like they didn't believe me, I actually attempted to eat one so they wanted to know where the missing tenders was, they started to refund I said I just wanted the food,, she walks over grabs 3 tenders throws if in a box said here, and keep this also rude like, I said Thank You, she says , yeah So when all was said and done, I got 3 tenders to eat for 14.00 and treated like trash

I myself am not a chicken fan. However, my son loves KFC. So we stopped by to get some lunch. I have to say this was the cleanest KFC I've ever been in. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The staff was super friendly, very prompt. All in all I give it a 10. If all KFCs were as good as this store they would have zero competition

Going through drive thru and when they have to make sure there's enough chicken to fill your first?? Many car's were driving away from there. Being a weekend you would think they would have stocked up on chicken with serving inside buffet, all the customers coming in and out and then the drive thru service. I like KFC but most of the time I really don't think the employees are all there. You can just look at them and tell they are in another world to put it nicely. Now not all of them mind you, there are the one's that do help and try make things run smoothly.

This restaurant takes forever with in store orders for normal customers and for dashers picking up DoorDash on average you have to sit at the register for about 5-15 minutes at a time while the workers try to ignore your presence so you don’t grab their attention and even if they do look at you they just go back to doing whatever 0 customer service at all

Placed my order online, was given the time of 5:08 for it to be ready, I arrived at 5:20. I was pulled past the window to the end of the curb, told they were still working on part of my order. I waited and saw the line was moving pretty steady behind me. A car was pulled up behind me and got their food before mine, I had been waiting 16 minutes, they waited 4 minutes. They finally brought my food to my and I was missing a complete kids meal and my drinks. They got that to me pretty quickly. All together I was there for 28 minutes waiting on my food they were “making fresh” I had two chicken sandwiches, 10 nuggets, a small bowl of Mac and cheese, a small fry, and two 5 piece kids meals with fries. It took me 12-15 minutes to get home and by the time I got home all my food was ice cold and tough to even bite through. Nothing was fresh and even if it was I’m not sure what takes 28 minutes to cook. Terrible experience and terrible food. I recommend Popeyes or Zaxbys. Something besides this 🤮
