Only 5 registers open. Most kiosk closed, so crowded…where is management???

Placed a $300 pick up order, employee took my card inside after writing the correct pin down. Was in the store for about 10+ minutes, then he comes back outside to tell me he LOCKED my card up bc he entered the pin in to many times incorrectly. How do you enter it in incorrectly when it’s wrote down, better yet how are you employed if you can not remember a 4 digit pin (very simple at that) from a customers car to the door?? That’s what about 10 steps? Okay whatever everyone forgets right!?… so then you go back and ask what it was but did he NO instead he stood there only causing another huge issue by locking the card up. Now my card can’t be used for 24 hrs. I called the pick up asked to speak to a manager I was told the guy on the phone was the pickup “lead” he was just rushing not willing to help at all, so I asked to speak to a manger then this “lead” giggles and says a manager isn’t going to tell you anything different. I then just hung up bc he clearly was wasting my time as the mentally incapable guy already had. Please hire better help. I realize no one wants to work anymore but doing customers this way will lead you to NO repeat customers. Trust me.

super disappointed in krogers pickup service we picked up groceries and it had 7 things missing and we decided to go look in the store and they had 5 of the 7 things they put as missing. super aggravating would be nice if they actually checked first. lazy and probably don't want to look

The pharmacy sucks, every time your doctor or the hospital sends them a prescription even for something emergent when you walk in 4, 6, or 8 hours later it is always the same old excuse. "We just got this, come back in 30 minutes or so".

I normally love this kroger. however i just had an awful experience that makes me think im not coming back. the cashier dropped half my items onto the floor and when I said that i didn't want them anymore she proceeded to smart off to my mother by saying they weren't hurt and i should still want them. I simply had enough and stormed off leaving my mother to continue dealing with her. Either way they need to hire better staff that don't buck a person on they're personal things

this place is d*** I went thru self check out and the dude that worked there watched every item I scanned didn't miss one and he was rude to me and then after I I pay he calls security on me and makes alarm go off and makes it look like I stole something and guy that stopped me said everything was rung up correctly so u all lost me as a customer

We love this store, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The facility is always so clean and well organized, we love coming here ! I thought I would spend more money when we switched to Kroger from another store, but I have saved money with all the coupons, click-list, and sales. Also, the community involvement and outreach is incredible, I'm so thankful for Kroger, and everything they do to be the best !
