The bathroom was very clean and smelled amazing. The lobby was also clean. The staff were friendly and gave excellent service. Food was very tasty, this place got me to eat waffle fries which I normally dislike (they needed more salt but the convenient salt shaker at our table made this not an issue.)

This Long John silver's is in our town where we live, they have fantastic service they will let you know what specials there are and occasionally throwing a free drink very pleasant to go to wonderful place to sit down and eat food is always hot and fresh and served quickly

Your job is simple. How do y'al honestly mess it up every....single...time? No slaw... Means keep slaw? Add ketchup means don't add ketchup?
Now I know, fast food workers have absolutely no accountabilit (if they did, certainly they wouldn't mess up half as much as every damn fast food restaurant does) your job is to literally make and give the customer every single thing that they pay for. Otherwise you're common Low life theifs. Called and was told too bad. Great management....trash.

Great customer service and good food but the chicken could've been cooked a tad longer. But I'll be back just because of the people and atmosphere.
The fish, the chicken, the hushpuppies and the waffle fries all taste the same, like reused grease. They need to change the grease from time to time and use different sections for different foods
