This is a review for tonight ONLY. Normally we love Longhorn. Tonight, celebrating our anniversary without the kid, we ordered wine and appetizer and 2 9oz filet minons medium and medium rare. The appetizer never arrived. A person brought out the steaks but had no idea which one was cooked medium or medium rare. One cooked was medium well and the other , gray throughout (well) so asked about the appetizer and sent back the well steak. My wife agreed to eat her slightly overcooked filet. The server said something about they never made the appetizer, so I canceled it. Then, the new steak was taking way too long, so I canceled it. My wife was almost finished. The manager brought my steak and the appetizer out, offered another potato, and took both off of the bill. She tried to make it right and apologized. This doesn't normally happen..maybe just a bad night.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly but maybe if you have one that won't stop yelling, like we had tonight, keep them away from the nice restaurants.

I was actually disappointed in the flavor of my steak. The fries were too spicy for me and wished I would have chosen the baked potato instead. Our server was very polite, friendly, and attentive.

We eat here every week. Food is excellent and priced reasonably. The atmosphere is fine, but I wear hearing aids so the music is usually too loud making it difficult to carry a conversation with companions or the waiter.

I had a veggie plate that was great at a steakhouse!! Great service.
I Wouldnt even give 1 star if i didn't have to!! It took forever to get our meals, which was a very slim menu to choose from, you get one side with everything it seems like, no free rolls, My T-bone steak wasnt cooked as i ordered i asked for rare i got well done so couldnt eat it! then to top it all off our waitress a blonde none the less she was beyond rude! She basically ignored the fact we was finished and walking by not asking if we were ok or how the food was and we asked nicely so many times to get her attention,..We were ready to go with the service we got! We paid for a very small meal which was 98.00 2 very cheap streaks and very small side salad! And poor quality of food at that! .. It all was horrible,..We are not from that area but thats OK! Texas Roadhouse took very good care of us! We wont come back to longhorn in Sommerset Ky! when i seen 3 cars there i shouldve known it was not a good place to go
! So my advice would be if you want to Over pay w For horrible food and workers then go there, if not Go To Texas Roadhouse they were amazing and i left a very generous tip of 250.00 to our waitress which was wonderful and deserved it ❤️

Well pleased with all three meals. Everything came as ordered and the wait staff was well trained and able to answer all of our questions. This is an update from my original review: I had asked the host to give us a table and not a booth because of my 79 and 82 year old parents. When they text us for seating they took us to a booth and I asked again for a table. We had to wait an additional 45-50 minutes on the table. While waiting we noticed that out of all the people working only one server had a smile on their face and this includes the Manager. When seated we were lucky enough to get the one server we noticed with the smile (Zulema M.) She did an amazing job with her service. Now the food: no baked potatoes were available at 5:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. The sweet potato we did get was undercooked and hard. I do feel the Manager should addressed the seating issue with us because he was involved. It also concerns me that you have that many unhappy staff members trying to do their job. We hope to return with a different result next time.
