This is my order that was delivered via door dash. A $30+ dollar purchase. The fries and the nuggets were dumped out into the bag. No straws for drinks and the wrong dipping sauce for the nuggets in the bag.

Literally the worst mcds. I will drive 5 miles out of my way to go to the other one on the other side of town. There are SEVAN cars pulled up, and I’m sure my food will still be wrong or cold. Been in line for 30 minutes already. One happy meal, and a Big Mac is really not that hard to get. I worked at McDonald’s as a teenager, get it together.

If you try going here anytime past 1am, good luck. The service is ridiculous. Placed an online order, used some of my points and when I arrive at the McDonalds, the employees have 2 cars parked in the drive thru so no one can order and all employees are sitting in the lobby. Placed this order and wasted my time to not be made aware that the McDonalds workers were not working or serving food. Called up to the McDonalds and the lines were set to automatic voicemail. Why if not just pure laziness to at least make customaries aware of what’s going on. Honestly a shame. This happens on multiple occasions that I get off work late and the only place open is this McDonalds. I feel like it’s always something here, whether it be not accepting card, system down or in this instance they won’t even answer the phone to tell people what’s wrong. I wasted money, wasted points and wasted my time.
A non hash brown serving establishment. Well, at least to me and my boyfriend whenever we were really craving some hashbrowns we ordered two meals and didn’t receive them. We get home and our so disappointed we couldn’t even have naughty time. We were so disgusted.

On January 29th 2025 the morning manager was so disrespectful with someone applying for a job. Also heard her telling him she had some employees that was in recovery that where so lazy. I over heard the person applying for the job tell her God bless have a good day Lady interesting him just turn her head and walked away without even telling the gentleman bye. Very poor management. But I really like that McDonald's but will probably just have to drive to the south end one from now on to enjoy my breakfast from now on. Let's pray they don't let one manager run their service.
