My husband and I both got a QPC meal. Having worked at McDonald's before, I personally know for a fa t that the quarter pounde ris supposed to be made ONLY when ordered. Having said this, our burgers were not hot, not fresh, and smashed as thin as a 1:3 patty. We WILL NOT be back. We WILL NOT recommend.

Had one of the rudest experiences ever at this location today. My mobile order wouldn’t process due to their computer issues. The employee, Clayton, barked “speak up” at me twice at the speaker, got to window and had questions on how to get my points back he then rolled his eyes, shrugged, and basically told me “there’s nothing I can do” — even implying, “what do you want me to do, pay for it myself?” Instead of helping, he dismissed me like I was just another number. A young man working in fast food should have the patience and knowledge to answer questions, not brush customers off. I left without my order, frustrated and disrespected.

Barly any gravy at all on my biscuit and gravy. is this what Mc Donald's is coming to they raise the price on things and give us less it seems like every other time I go through this place they always seem to mess up my order I will gladly drive to the south from now on to order my breakfast

This is my order that was delivered via door dash. A $30+ dollar purchase. The fries and the nuggets were dumped out into the bag. No straws for drinks and the wrong dipping sauce for the nuggets in the bag.

Literally the worst mcds. I will drive 5 miles out of my way to go to the other one on the other side of town. There are SEVAN cars pulled up, and I’m sure my food will still be wrong or cold. Been in line for 30 minutes already. One happy meal, and a Big Mac is really not that hard to get. I worked at McDonald’s as a teenager, get it together.
