I have came here before and the food takes forever for them to forget stuff we need a barbecue they had zero barbecue and then they were advertising their McFlurry to just get to the window in order one and then not have any ice cream

My family of 7 all wanted to do the grinches meal, ordered and then get everything back, and all of the items you "pay extra for" are not in any of bags, go back through drive thru to be told "oh ya we are out sorry" not a way to do business I know it's McDonald's have some common sense, we was not a refunded or discounted. Whats more disheartening is my kids where excited, sad we have to drive to north end of town to get better service and treatment.

Had curbside pick up, waited for over 20 minutes when it wasn't busy, then someone came out asked me to pull around drive thru or come in and get it. Food was cold, and each meal was missing the hash brown. Then there was a sale going on for the mcgriddles that they said no longer qualified for. Was total mess. South McDonald's in somerset is just terrible.

This restaurant its a mess, no one at the counter, the staff looks at you and keeps walking.
Orders wrong, cold food, bad attitudes and extremely long waits.
A lady had to wait 10 minutes to get silverware, you will be standing around waiting to be helped and no one will take your order.
They prioritize the drive thru to keep up their numbers and ignore walk ins and online orders
30 minute wait on one single meal. Everyone there waiting excessive times why you hear people in the back laughing and talking. So many people waiting you can barley walk threw the store. If your on your 30 do not order from here. Your brake will be over before you even get a drink. Funny the longest item to cook dont take 5 minutes. Lazy workers

It’s busy most of the time. Do not go inside and expect it to be faster when the drive through is wrapped around the building expecting it to be faster. As with any restaurant it is first in first out. Coming in an being rude to the people who work there will not help you. If you don’t have patience eat some where else it’s pretty simple. Have respect and you’ll be treated like wise.

My visit was very pleasant. I enjoyed talking with Samantha. She and the other employees seem to have a good relationship and that was nice to witness. I only wish there was a self serve fountain drink machine.
