My husband and I ate at Mellow Mushroom at Somerset, KY. We ordered a medium pizza and 2 waters. TO make a long story short, the waiter Matthew charged another party's bill on my credit card. I brought to his attention and he assured me it was fixed. I told him I would save my receipt and if it was not fixed I would be back. Well a couple weeks afterward I got my credit card statement with a 70.00 charge on it dated 12/31/2025, the date this occurred. I went back to Mellow Mushroom on 1/17/26 taking my receipt and credit card statement. My bill total should be 28.08 instead of 70.00. Mellow Mushroom has not followed through and solved this problem for me yet. I was told on Saturday a manager would contact me. I gave the new manager all info. She contacted another manager which told her she would call me. I have not received a call back at all. They don't CARE.

The pizzas were awesome a little pricey but worth it. We will be coming in to eat next time to get the full experience.

We have always enjoyed Mellow mushroom. The facility is getting a bit dated. The booth needs to be reupholstered and the restrooms need maintenance. The wait staff is always outstanding. The food is great.

Ordered a half hoagie and salad from the new lunch menu. Prices should have been $9 and $5, but I was charged $9.99 and $8.99. Server blew it off to a computer update.

Depends on who is coming, but usually pretty great food. The cheese bread is awesome, as is their pizza crust.
