Worst employee this establishment , his name is Zeke Turner i think. I don’t recommend anyone going there and make yourself a service and go where the employee will not harass you.

If you want to wait 50 min for a pizza that cost $45 and is never the correct way you order it then this place is for you. Every local knows that this place can never get anything right and takes forever, only tourist eat here. Next time you drive by look at the parking lot, there a reason it’s always empty. It’s been an unreliable pizza spot for years, and it truly is a shame. The food is good but the service and constant mistakes are an absolute joke.

The staff is very welcoming and the food is superb! We ate there on our way to/from Manchester, TN. The pizza is great!

Food was delicious, It has been almost an hour, and we haven’t got our food. It’s very cold but overall a great atmosphere.

We had a great experience at Mellow Mushroom with a family of 5. Michelle was wonderful, funny, and and provided us great service despite being busy. The food and drinks were great.

Food and service were horrible. So disappointed

Prices have increased. So disappointed with the pizza I ordered. Slices were not a normal cut that I usually see at pizza restaurants. So skimpy with the toppings and the taste was off. Not worth what I had paid for a gormet pizza.Server was great!

Food is excellent but service is a little slow. I know it takes some time to cook pizza and it’s definitely worth the wait.

We love Mellow Mushroom since we discovered their delicious pizza 9 years ago.
Crazy thing , at this one, they wouldn't let my husband order a pitcher of beer just for himself. I have no clue why, I said, " Bring a glass for me," even though I do not drink beer. That saved the night, my husband got his pitcher of beer to enjoy, all by himself.
I never heard of such a rule and can't fathom a reason for it.
The pizza was delicious.
Our server was not having his best night, or maybe he was new at the job, but he was great anyway, upbeat and friendly.
He'd written his name on a napkin, so we'd remember, which was a neat idea, but his name & my sons were the same, and my son wasn't paying attention during the introduction, then was boggled at how his name was written on the napkin, that was a good laugh, which just made the night better.
We had some delicious pizza to take home, love leftover pizza 🍕 😋 🍕

Not crowded, we were seated right away, the waiter was polite and helpful, but it took forever to get our food (no special order, 3 small pizzas, all menu items) the food was okay, but not great.

It was my first time here, I wasn't impressed.
