The food was very good, a nice variety on menu. The wait was terrible. We were seated at table for two hours before our food came. There was no apology or compensation for such a long wait.

Overpriced flavorless pizza for the basic person. It has a wonderful theme and idea but nothing else behind it to make it worth 17 dollars for a small personal pizza. Even with the munchies this place wasn't appetizing.

My experience in the past has been somewhat at sub par, but today took the cake, it was not busy at all, just my wife and I thought about setting down and eating real quick and going shopping after. We get there , then order and 48 minutes later we wanted to check on our food. And we had to tell the waitress can you please place our food in a To go box. They did and we left. I will not be going back! If mellow mushroom reads this, you need to work on your service big time!

Not sure what the manager was drinking tonight … she just wanted to fight a random customer . The customer didn’t get their food for over an hour and she seemed to have an issue getting called out . Made us all uncomfortable. That poor girl … not to mention we waited 2 hours for ours … this place went down hill quick .

Foods good service is good. The cooks are goofing off or something in kitchen or something. Last 2 times I’ve went it took an hour to make a pizza and the other time they forgot to put my order in and had to wait over an hour.

We were not greeted at the door, and when we were, the server was unprofessional in seating us.

I ordered several times from here. I've tried the cobb salad, spinach dip, meatballs, and different pizzas and it has been a great joy eating from this restaurant. The food is delicious. I've never sat and ate inside the restaurant, but I've been there to pick up my orders and the staff was very nice.

Pizza was excellent and ready on time. My garlic bread was awful. It had been ready for at least 10 minutes prior to pizza (this was a carry out order). The cheese and bread was cold and tough. Pizza 5 stars...
