Papa John’s in Somerset has consistently provided a great experience. The staff is always courteous, and the service is dependable. I usually order through the app, and my food arrives hot, fresh, and accurate. On the rare occasion there’s been an issue, they’ve been quick to fix it without any hassle. One suggestion for improvement would be adding a section in the app for special requests, so customers don’t need to call the store directly. Overall, a reliable and well-run location.

We ordered two pizzas and two desserts, One dessert was the Cinna bites. The cenobites were definitely stale/old. I called the store to let them know and spoke to a manager , her exact words were. “ We have a new recipe and that’s just how they taste”. I will not be ordering from here anymore.

We order pizza tonight and spend over $50. We ordered the cinnamon bites and they were stale. I called the store and the store manager, which was first a man and then a woman got on the phone said and I quote.” that’s just how the new cinnamon bites taste. They have changed our recipe.”
We will not be ordering from here anymore.

I don’t know what happened to Papa John’s pizza, the last 3 pizza’s that our family has gotten was really bad all the way from how the toppings were put on the pizza to the pizza itself I will not be ordering from there any more… very unhappy!
Horrible looking pizza that appeared to be cut by someone wearing a blindfold with handcuffs on. We ordered the NY Style with Pepperoni. They left the 1 ingredient we ordered off the pizza 🤮😡
We use DoorDash, so unfortunately, we only got the refund for the value of the pepperoni.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered and paid for stuffed crust and they didn't do it. They just give me regular crust. Now I'm an understanding person. If you don't wanna make it or something that's FINE, but don't let me pay extra (if it is) if you're NOT GONNA MAKE IT AND GIVE ME EMPTY CRUST. The first time was probably an honest mistake, the second time I'm not so sure, but the third time? I'm just not gonna bother. I'm tired of wasting my money on it. All I wanted was cheesy crust dude. 😭 Have a nice day!

Wings was okay the bread sticks I ordered they forgot one of my sauces in way since I ordered 1 ranch 1 blue cheese and 1 garlic I ended up getting 2 ranch and one blue cheese The cheese bread could have more seasoning and brushed with garlic butter
