1 star on the pizza but 5 stars on the customer service, the employees working last night oct 14 2024 are an awesome crew however when I got home my pizza was undercooked to the point there was raw dough so I threw the whole pizza out. I should have checked it before leaving the location but I didn’t and I don’t have time to go back and get a new one.
Someone left a review that their wings were raw and bloody, and I know for an absolute fact that this is impossible because Papa Johns' wing are shipped precooked and then cooked a second time before serving at 450°. And when they were asked to bring the wings in they refused to bring them and simply demanded some more free wings. It's amazing the things people will come up with to try to get some free sides.
